A common complaint, but even in the sub sixties I still find it hard to cover up when I go to bed. To combat my body's own infernal lineage I made the purchase of a rather expensive mattress reputed to help with heat retention and it does. But since the monetary value pushes the upper limit of my budget I needed a mattress protector, but so many ruin the cold of the evening with crinkly, plastic-y, interfacing that makes me sweat. TEMPUR-Protect's soft, quiet fabric seemingly adds no insulation to heat loss and I can sleep. And brother, I mean sleep. My only complaint is that it comes off the corners of the bed very easily, so during some of the more energetic evening periods my partner and I may have to refit the sheets.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT WATERPROOF! We have three beds that we have this protector on and we truly thought it would offer the protection advertised but it did not. One of our small dogs had an accident on the bed and it did soak through. I thought for as much as we paid for each we would be okay. I regret this purchase and would not recommend this product to anyone.

Either the mattress pad doesn't do its job in that regard, or the mattress doesn't keep me all that cool. It's fine, but it isn't great. I don't know whether it's worth the extra money or not, since I bought it without trying it up against a regular mattress cover.

Also, about the TWO MATTRESSES I BOUGHT(a Tempur Adapt Medium which was hard as a rock,exchanged for a Luxe Adapt Cloud Tehnology Soft-which now I'm stuck with and is so mushy that I require pain medication to be able to sleep through the night...,what a waste of money as I feel unhappy/unconfortable every night since I bought them.

The mattress pad protected the mattress from this accident. It was a small amount, but definitely did not want it to get on the new mattress.

Would love to actually be able to use this mattress protector given we own a ProBreeze mattress, but it won't stay fitted to the corners and is constantly having to be pulled back over the corners every night. Also kind of expected better quality considering the price. Unfortunately since there are no returns- it looks like a complete waste of money... Guess we will be switching back to the Purple Mattress brand protector as it has elastic that extends all the way around and has deeper pockets that actually keep it in place.

I have to re-tuck it every morning. Doesn't matter how well I do it, it always comes up. I have a the Tempur-LuxeBreeze Medium Hybrid King mattress. Total disappointment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a light sleeper - my husband thrashes around and makes it difficult for both of us to sleep. We got this split king tempurpedic bed, and every night has been great since. It was delivered in a short amount of time, and set up for us. Reading at night before sleeping is wonderful - the bed has a lot of possible positions, and makes laying in it very comfortable. Love it!

Definitely not happy with this purchase. Also purchased 2 sets of sheets that do not feel like cotton. They come out of dryer a wrinkled mess. It cost me over $400 for these items and I'm not happy!!!
