Rated 1 out of 5 by from I hate this protector We have adjustable base, Tempurpedic mattress split king. These protectors don't fit well and WILL NOT stay on the mattress. When I chatted with a Tempurpedic rep he just gave a shoulder shrug and "well, these things happen sometimes". He suggested the straps that help hold them in place. It's an ok solution but a pain in the but to get on and off. Tempurpedic has verbiage somewhere that if you don't use their mattress protectors, you mattress warranty may be voided. I had a Tempurpedic before this that had a zip on protector. I never even knew it was there til it was time to wash it, then it was easy peashooter to get off, wash and put back on. I'd like to have an option for that.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Slippery [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the tempur-protect mattress protector because my regular one was interfering with the temperature regulating feature of the tempurpedic mattress I bought. It is fine, keeps the temperature regulated and does keep water from penetrating, but it is slippery, so my sheets come off during the night. I'm experimenting with sewing on a strap at the corners, but I think the elastic needs to be tighter on the mattress pad.

It is not waterproof! Yes, we also followed all proper washing and drying instructions perfectly. I feel like Tempur-pedic owes me a new mattress. The cover is only seven months old & well cared for.

My current cover was the zip on type. The zipper pull is so small I really had difficulty with it. This product solved that problem completely!

Not what I was expecting and I would not order it again. I ordered through Tempur-Pedic because I thought it would be a tighter fit for their mattress. Actually pretty disappointing.

I had my doubts, but the hybrid is a different feel all together. It (along with the adjustable base) is the reason I no longer wake up with lower back pain. Now my only problem is that I don't want to get out of bed in the morning and leave this wonderful comfort zone! Try it! You'll like it too!

After all, I had purchased it in 2007, and obviously had forgotten it. That last washing did it in. I immediately ordered another. Why pay for a cheaper one every 6 months, when I could have a good one?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stay Away from Tempur-Pedic and it's products I bought the protector from Fry's about 5 years back. Protector's inner plastic portion ripped apart on one side. Contacted them and they said since you bought it from Fry's we can't honor the warranty of 10 years. I would say, anyone who thinks of buying a mattress or a protector from Tempur, think twice because they will provide any excuse to not honor the 10-year warranty. Ridiculous customer service. I will never buy anything from Tempur-pedic in the future ever again. I love the mattress I have and the protector, but if they are going to provide an horrible customer service, don't expect me to buy anything from you ever again. Only reason I bought an expensive mattress and protector is mainly because of 10-year warranty. If you can't honor that stop falsely advertising it.
