I hoped that the tempurpedic branded cover would do this. Unfortunately, it wasn't any better than cheaper ones I've used, and the bed felt rock hard. I had it on the bed for two weeks, and all I got was severe back pain. There are no returns for Tempur pedic products like these, so I guess it'll go to a landfill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a queen medium firmness mattress at the end of 2023, so we've been sleeping on it now for over a month. The salesperson said it takes a couple of weeks to get the bed fully broke in and he was pretty spot on. The first couple of weeks it seemed more firm than the mattress we sampled in the showroom. After a couple weeks of sleeping on it, however, the mattress now feels like the one we choose. The only drawbacks I would give it and they're minor, are the cost and the fact that the mattress is pretty cool when you first get into it. I'm sure in the summer months that will turn into a benefit. Initially we didn't get the mattress liner that Tempur-Pedic sales. But after a few nights of getting into a cold bed we decided to order the liner. The liner made a big difference in the initial temperature of the bed when first getting into it. I would highly recommend getting the liner if you're going to buy the mattress.

We purchased the TEMPUR-Protect Mattress Protector. The TEMPUR-Protect Mattress Protectors fits the mattress on the adjustable bed frame in any position as well allowing for full effects of the gel top of the mattress to telegraph through.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The Worst! This is the absolute worst mattress protector I have ever seen! It doesn't fit snugly to the mattress and is super slippery. There are very uncomfortable wrinkles under the fitted sheet immediately and it also make the sheet corners pop off nightly. I would give this zero stars if possible. It's a shame they won't take these back seeing all the bad reviews. Previously had a temper mattress protector from about 10 years ago and it was great just got worn out

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointing fit - do not recommend We decided to purchase a mattress protector from Tempur-Pedic for our new mattress, assuming since the mattress is not as thick as a traditional mattress, perhaps the protector made by Tempur-Pedic would fit more snugly. Sadly, it does not. Instead the mattress protector bunches up under the sheets and the bed is a wrinkly mess. We measured the protector and took photos showing the poor fit, in the hopes it was a defective protector. Sadly, Tempur-Pedicure assured me the protector was made to specs for the king size mattress that we had purchased. We are surprised and saddened at their disregard for customer satisfaction. We can't use it, and can't return it.

I reluctantly got rid of my ten year old tempur-pedic mattress protector and replaced it with my new one. The price is high but well worth the money. Still love my ten year old temper-pedic mattress.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful product with awful customer service I own a new Tempur Pedic mattress so I figured buying a protector from the same company would provide the best fit. And they said it will fit any mattress thickness. Boy was I wrong. As other reviews have stated, the protector is too big for the mattress. The size on the page says a king protector is 76" x 80" yet the top of my protector measured 84" x 86" (not including the mesh to fit it on the sides). And customer service's response was to tuck it further under the bed after they refused to accept a return. I love my mattress but this sours my view of Tempur Pedic as a company. What a waste of money.

Since using this bed I raise the head a little and no more pain from the shoulders while I am in bed. I do not use a pillow now with the raised head. I have learned to not tuck in the top sheet to give me toe room. It was a short getting used to and now I look forward to getting into bed.
