Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too Large and Slippery I gave this pillow to my elderly mom, to help with hip pain. She found that the pillow is too large for her chairs and droops off the sides. As a result, when she sits on it the pillow tends to slowly but consistently slip off the chair (regardless of the rugged bottom of the bag). I suggest making the pillows smaller and contoured, more suited to the average chair size. While I like the pillow's quality and comfort, this was a big failure from a practical perspective.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't bother with others; just go straight to Purple! I tried a less expensive cushion and it's now sitting under my desk, useless. The cheaper cushion worked better than nothing, of course, but I could tell that it wasn't really doing the job, as I still hurt if I sat too long. I ordered the Purple cushion and the Purple back cushion and am so comfy and cozy sitting as long as I want to. Skip the others and go right to Purple! You'll love it!

I am not a very big person, but the cushion ends right underneath the beginning of my knees.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect car seat cushion and yoga knee pad I use this pad in the car where temperatures reach 160-170 degrees. The cushion has not degraded in any manner from this heat even though it's not recommended to use this cushion in the car when temperatures are above around 140. Using this cushion in the car protects your spine over time from the constant pressure when sitting down quickly and helps prevent your spine from being uneven when you have a wallet in your back pocket. I also use this pad as a knee supporter when doing yoga. It will save your joints and bones over time.

Doesn't matter the chair, nor how I sit. Did not help my back or bottom. I imagine it's probably better suited for someone with better posture though.
