Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very underwhelming. It's a cushion. But it's not as comfortable as I would have liked. I end up removing it from my seat more often than not. Also they're return policy is a little weird so you don't get the full 90 days to try it out, and using the donate option in my area turned out to be impossible so I ate the money and am stuck with the thing.

After finding myself borrowing hers too often lol I bought another for myself and emailed to 8 of my friends! Free shipping, 30 day trial, free shipping back if you don't like, but you will! Rated 4 out of 5 by from Constantly adjusting! I purchased the double seat cushion and the back cushion for my office chair. They work great in alleviating my back pain from having had 5 lower back surgeries. It took some adjusting to get the back cushion exactly where I wanted it and perfecto! The challenging cushion is the double seat cushion. Don't get me wrong, it works great but it keeps sliding all over and I am constantly adjusting it all day which is annoying. I called and asked if they had a solution for that issue and I was told to purchase double face tape. What? Nooooooo!!!! I used Dycem instead and voilà.....it worked wonderfully and I don't have any tape residue glue on my cover for the cushion or my chair seat! I would recommend the company to include a piece of that in with the purchase at no extra cost. The cushion is expensive enough!

Have been dealing with some back and leg issues and it has really helped. My purchasing experience through the chat line was very pleasant and easy, even saved some money that way. I would definitely recommend the company and the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I bought a second one Excellent experience so far and I have been using the cushion about a month. When an elderly friend hurt her back, I ordered one for her as well. My only comment is that Purple could not provide a way to include a card or note in the package being sent to the third party. It caused some confusion when the unexpected package arrived. I hope in the future that you can offer the option to include a note if the cushion is being sent as a gift.

As all purple products I have these must be experienced to understand the relief they provide after seated and stand. Was contemplating just buying a new chair when i ordered the purple cushion. It fit the bill & definitely the most comfortable I found. No pressure points, which is what I was looking for. Purple insisted we try a double seat cushion on them. Really? Super understanding, kind, and helpful. Really? True story. The wife was much happier with the thicker pad. So far they've sold a mattress, seat cushions, back cushions, PJs, and sheets to this family. They're doing something right!

Creating a raised seat is what I was looking for, but this was not firm at all. It was a waste of money for what I needed.

We got the Double cushion for the work chair and it definitely makes a difference when sitting all day! We also got the Royal cushion, which is used on a wood chair and also makes the chair more comfortable.

I like my gifts to be practical and useful and the Purple Seat Cushions were the perfect! The three people loved their seat cushions and started using them right away. This was the second time ordering from Purple via telephone and the Purple Team members have always been wonderful to work with. Then only complaint I have is that their email receipts have full name, billing, shipping addresses, and part of credit card information. In the age of anyone from anywhere can take another's information, I wish they would not include so much information it in the emails.
