Rated 3 out of 5 by from Small for me I was very excited to get this seat this cushion, however it was not wide enough for me. The size says nothing about the quality of this product, this is my third purchase from Purple. I can see that it would ease back and hip pain, however for me it needs to be a bit bigger. I could have returned it, but instead I wanted to bless someone else that could use it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's the absolute best cushion of this size I've ever used. I'm about 350lbs and have Sciatica. I've tried several cushions in the past with varying degrees of success. None of them have come close to relieving the pressure as much as this one. I actually prefer the 'ultimate' cushion, but it's dimensions don't really allow for use in some spaces. I use this one in the car, on my office chair, and I bring with me if I go to concerts or other events. I use the ultimate on my sofa at home. I did try the thinner 'simply' and it was just too thin for someone of my weight. My wife who is 120ls said she preferred the simply, so I think weight certainly plays a factor.

When I got it there was a piece of paper in the box that said 'don't keep this somewhere that gets over 105 degrees'. Nowhere did I see that on the product page or I wouldn't have bought it. Summertime in TX lasts a long time. The inside of a vehicle gets over 105 all the time. How can I return it?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must-have for cross-country flights I purchased this after suffering for hours in a poorly padded coach airplane seat. I was skeptical as I used it on my office chair and didn't really feel any benefit on top of my admittedly extremely comfy Aeron task chair. Still, I flew to Boston from CA and back this week and the Purple Royal Cushion was a game-changer. It felt like I was riding on a cloud compared to the hard pan seat of my airline seat. I won't leave home without it for all my future flights. Highly recommend.
