Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well worth the investment! I tried three types of Purple pillows while staying in California last spring. I sleep on my side and settled on the Twin Cloud despite trying the more expensive option which seemed less substantial to me. Vacuum-packed two to bring home by plane which allowed them to fit in my suitcase ;-). Thought I'd use the firm configuration but am happy with the soft for now. I punch diagonally opposite corners every few days, turn the whole item over most mornings - and am very pleased with the comfort achieved! My husband loves his too :-). I just hope that the three pillows I returned after trialling but rejecting, found new homes somehow and were not dumped. The 100 night trial is very generous. I just hope it's environmentally ethical too?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Pillow! I have neck issues (herniated disc), so I first tried the Purple Harmony pillow. That pillow did not work for me, so I was able to donate it to a shelter and get a refund. I was bummed, though. Then, this TwinCloud pillow came out and I thought I'd give it a try. Very happy that I did! I haven't had an issue with it going flat - I fluff it every now and then, usually use the firm side, but love the option to use the soft side if need be. I haven't used it as an unzipped large pillow because it doesn't have enough support that way, but it's so nice that I can choose firm or soft depending on how my neck is feeling. Very cool pillow and concept! It's been over 6 months now that I've been using it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Purple Pillow and Purple Mattress I've had both for about 7 months and absolutely love them. Very comfortable. Whenever I stay at a hotel, I REALLY notice the difference. As far as I'm concerned, they are well worth the money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Makes a great gift I made up my mind to purchase the Purple Harmony in December as a holiday gift to myself and seeing progressive discounts for purchasing multiple pillows, I decided to purchase another for an old friend. He decided on the Twin Cloud. He said I should order them both for myself, try them both and give him the one I liked the least. I liked the Purple Harmony. I could not try the Twin Cloud because it was too big and bulky and I didn't have twin/double pillow covers for it. And my friend would not come over to pick it up either. So it just stayed on my shelf for several months. Finally in July we met and he picked it up. I called him later and he said it was a good pillow for his feet, which were achy. On Aug 31, the same day I received this email requesting a review for this pillow, I also received a card from my friend. It read 'The pillow is GREAT! Promoted to head pillow'.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Husband had trouble with pillows, and so did my daughter Bought two of these AMAZING pillows, one for my husband and one for my daughter, because they both had issues with their sleep because of regular pillows. They both LOVE their pillows, and my daughter washes hers regularly, which I didn't know you can. Well worth the cost!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Is it just me, or can you not use a pillowcase with this? I like to use a silk pillowcase for my curly hair. However, a pillowcase constricts the flexibility and 'rise' of the pillow. It feels flat. Conversely, I have been using it without a pillowcase and even after washing it twice in one day, its still yellow. Why make a white pillow that you can't use a pillowcase with? Otherwise, its a great pillow--my neck pain is gone. Just doesnt seem functional.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not that great Pillow arrived two MONTHS after ordering it, and unfortunately the company never contacted me about the delay. It wasn't until I called that it miraculously appeared on my doorstep two days later with no reason given for the long wait, I bought this for Christmas because, my husband LOVED our purple mattress so much, that I thought he'd love the pillow. Sadly, this pillow was "like sleeping with your head on a mountain", but not because of the firmness (quite the opposite, they weren't firm at all!) just that it was too many layers under his neck. I ended up cutting the pillows down the middle and sewing them up to make four separate decent pillows, none of which were firm enough for him. And returning them for a refund would be a huge hassle for me. I would not buy pillows from this company. Stick to mattresses!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I have 3 degenerative discs in my neck & lower back I personally am not comfortable sleeping on this pillow due to the fact i have 3 degenerative discs in my neck & lower back. Its ok to lean on when sitting up in bed. But its too high up for my neck . It actually hurts my neck to attempt sleeping on. Im sure for others without neck injuries it would be fine. I personally prefer my purple grid pillow it weighs a lot more but is lower & is 1000 % more comfortable on my neck.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to convert but not much difference. It was easy to zip and change the way it was made to make a higher fill pillow, but firmer was also higher I sank down too far feeling caved in on. I'm sleeping on the lower setting if you will and still looking for the firmness.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Went flat It was not my cup of tea you really can't put your arm through it and sleep at the same time it needs to have a cutout so the shoulder can go into the pillow other wise it's like a pool arm floaty I have shoulder problems and thought this would be perfect for me but my head was almost on the bed after 5 nights I was always trying to fluff it up so I could get comfortable. Some people may love this pillow looks like it's high quality and good design but it's not for me

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok not great This particular pillow is just ok. Most mornings I wake up without a neck ache which is my biggest pillow goal. My biggest issue with this pillow is it won't stay under my head. I've zip it to the fullest style and that somehow allows it to roll out from under my head or farther in, raising my head too high.. I will not purchase this pillow again but I will keep using it for now. What I want from you is a way to see (feel) your pillows before buying. I cannot locate anyone that has any of your pillows in stock.
