Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is the worst pillow I have ever tried. This pillow was okay at first. Not great, but not bad. Within a month the pillow became very flat. Then, about 2 months in, it became extremely lumpy. This pillow is almost comically bad.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great for the first year - falling flat now I LOVED this pillow for the first year. Unfortunately it did not last as long as you'd imagine an expensive pillow should last. No matter how many times we switch from Soft to Firm and try to fluff it, the inner filling of the pillow has lost its "magic" and the middle of the pillow falls very flat. Disappointed it didn't happen until we missed the 1 warranty window.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Makes a great gift I made up my mind to purchase the Purple Harmony in December as a holiday gift to myself and seeing progressive discounts for purchasing multiple pillows, I decided to purchase another for an old friend. He decided on the Twin Cloud. He said I should order them both for myself, try them both and give him the one I liked the least. I liked the Purple Harmony. I could not try the Twin Cloud because it was too big and bulky and I didn't have twin/double pillow covers for it. And my friend would not come over to pick it up either. So it just stayed on my shelf for several months. Finally in July we met and he picked it up. I called him later and he said it was a good pillow for his feet, which were achy. On Aug 31, the same day I received this email requesting a review for this pillow, I also received a card from my friend. It read 'The pillow is GREAT! Promoted to head pillow'.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Is it just me, or can you not use a pillowcase with this? I like to use a silk pillowcase for my curly hair. However, a pillowcase constricts the flexibility and 'rise' of the pillow. It feels flat. Conversely, I have been using it without a pillowcase and even after washing it twice in one day, its still yellow. Why make a white pillow that you can't use a pillowcase with? Otherwise, its a great pillow--my neck pain is gone. Just doesnt seem functional.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not that great Pillow arrived two MONTHS after ordering it, and unfortunately the company never contacted me about the delay. It wasn't until I called that it miraculously appeared on my doorstep two days later with no reason given for the long wait, I bought this for Christmas because, my husband LOVED our purple mattress so much, that I thought he'd love the pillow. Sadly, this pillow was "like sleeping with your head on a mountain", but not because of the firmness (quite the opposite, they weren't firm at all!) just that it was too many layers under his neck. I ended up cutting the pillows down the middle and sewing them up to make four separate decent pillows, none of which were firm enough for him. And returning them for a refund would be a huge hassle for me. I would not buy pillows from this company. Stick to mattresses!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I have 3 degenerative discs in my neck & lower back I personally am not comfortable sleeping on this pillow due to the fact i have 3 degenerative discs in my neck & lower back. Its ok to lean on when sitting up in bed. But its too high up for my neck . It actually hurts my neck to attempt sleeping on. Im sure for others without neck injuries it would be fine. I personally prefer my purple grid pillow it weighs a lot more but is lower & is 1000 % more comfortable on my neck.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to convert but not much difference. It was easy to zip and change the way it was made to make a higher fill pillow, but firmer was also higher I sank down too far feeling caved in on. I'm sleeping on the lower setting if you will and still looking for the firmness.
