Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice and comfy This pillow is perfect for someone like me who uses multiple pillows just to get a good night's rest. I've had this pillow for over a month now. I don't need to use any more pillows to feel comfortable, this one works nicely on its own. I like to unzip it and stagger the pillows since I'm a side sleeper but it's also nice on your back. Highly recommend it!

I wasn't rushed and he was genuinely interested in finding the perfect fit for me. I also purchased a mattress and expect its delivery any day now.

When I purchased this purple pillow I truly thought I had finally found the right one, but after a proximate you two weeks the pillow no liner holding it's shape. My neck pain has returned. I am disappointed.

Otherwise, fine, I can't say that the novel construction is something I use often, it is not that comfortable as a side sleeper to tuck my arm in. And I have no purpose for it as a body pillow. Simply, not my preference.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs Improvement The pillow is basically 2 ordinary pillows sewn together. I think it's a great idea, they just need to execute it much better. It's WAY too lofty, you'd think they would've put 2 half-sized pillows together so that all together it makes one pillow when zipped, but each half is almost a full pillow on it's own. The soft side is better for all positions, the hard side is too hard, even for a large side sleeper like me. The stitching in the pillow was also frayed and unraveling with loose cotton coming everywhere so not the best finishing on it. And it gets hot really fast, no cooling features at all from what I could tell. Only good thing I could say was that it was filled very evenly. I also figured out this technique where you can leave it unzipped and rest half against your headboard and then flop it down quickly if you want to change positions, but to do that you can't use a pillowcase.

Within a few nights, I loved this pillow and being able to adjust how soft or firm I wanted it. And you can't beat Purple's guarantee!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Purple 3 - with Twinclound Pillow This pillow is just too big for someone who sleeps on there sides and stomach. Your able to slide your arms through the middle, but the pillow case is stitched closed on one side, so only one arm can go inside.

The ability to flip from firm to soft or soft to firm is so helpful for someone who sleeps in any and all positions. It pairs so nicely with our Purple Hybrid Mattress! Rated 5 out of 5 by from What I was looking for in a pillow I chose this pillow because I like the versatility of it being able to be firmer or softer. It being a newer pillow that didn't have any reviews I took a chance on it and I am glad I did. I'm a mostly side sleeper and this works so well for me zipped to be firmer. I will say I have another pillow underneath it and it works perfectly for me. I am a hot sleeper and it is a bit warm to sleep with but I quickly got used to it. It doesn't fall flat at all throughout the night, didn't smell when I got it out of the box, and really does feel like a cloud. I'm really happy with this purchase and I hope this pillow lasts a long time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Amazing I love this pillow. I've tried all pillows and can never be satisfied. I thought I'd give it a try. After a month of fighting to actually get the pillow I finally received it and it's my dream pillow! Usually when I change pillows I get a strain in my neck from sleeping different but not with this one!! My neck has not been sore once. My only complaint is that I wish it was bigger. It feels so small going from a king size pillow to this tiny thing lol. But it's wonderful!

Pillowcases don't work well at all with these pillows and the thickness makes it impossible to sleep on. It barely makes out as a sham pillow to prop your back up. I own all the other purple pillows (except plush) and have had decent experiences. The twin cloud is not worth the high price.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Quality not great I bought this pillow thinking it would be as comfortable as one of their older styles. It is not good quality. There were pills of the soft stuffing all over the pillow that was wadded up in the Purple bag. The zipper was difficult to unzip and fluff flew everywhere. There are no holes in the casing, the fluff is from the factory and packaging. This would not be bad if it weren't for how uncomfortable the pillow is. I have it on the soft side to be lower loft. It is almost tube shaped. I tried changing it to the other side in case the tags were incorrect. I cannot tell the difference. If you like a sore neck this is the pillow for you!

I like a good balance of softness and thickness for support, and have never found the perfect combination until now. I've had it for about a month now, and it hasn't gone flat at all. Perfect for side sleeping and stomach sleeping. I haven't even tried the hard side yet because the soft side is so perfect. And sliding my arm into the middle while I sleep is so comfortable. Goes perfect with our purple 3 mattress and adjustable base.

I returned my pillows and received a refund very quickly. Thank you for a great experience. We love our purple mattresses. Would purchase from purple again.
