Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wouldn’t recommend This bed came with a broken support bar in the head rest. Missing buttons and one button that was clearly not even made of the same material. One of the head rest feet is warped so it sits looking crooked and the screw holes were drilled over and over again in sections so it looks like Swiss cheese. That part doesn’t show but they were drilled so poorly that several screws won’t thread. This one wasn’t just an oversight it was poor workmanship across the board.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A bit disappointed I purchased the whole set and was disappointed to see that no where it was mentioned that a box spring was needed or had to be purchased separately. After the assembly was done was disappointed to see that I needed one and had to pay twice the price.

They are very dangerous when my foot bumps into it! I’ve had to bubble wrap them to protect myself from injury! Other than that, the look of the bed is beautiful!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice-looking bed The quality of the bed is excellent and it looks really good. The bed itself is everything I expected and look high quality. The problem is, it smells. It had a strange odor to it. Because of that we did not put it in the room right away, hoping the smell would dissipate, however it has not. We left the bedroom door open and window open to air it out, yet the smell has not lessened. I thought of giving it only 3 stars, but the look and quality actually deserve 5 stars. Hoping that over time (it has already been about 8 weeks), the smell will disappear.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Got What I Paid For...... I am so displeased with this bed. It is ridiculously flimsy and not meant for every day use. This is a bed to be used in a guest room. A button popped off upon opening the box. There are 3 flimsy wood slats to support the box spring/mattress. We added 3 more slats from our old bed just for security and the bed is still wobbly. The two legs on the side of the bed bend whenever we sit on the bed. We're not heavy people. I purchased the warranty, but what's the point? They're just going to replace it with another piece of garbage. I'm just so disappointed because my entire home is furnished with Ashley furniture and I have not experienced this before. I now know not to purchase their cheaper items, because that's exactly what they are....CHEAP!.

The boards that support the mattress are pre-drilled which was a bit annoying because it wasn’t perfectly aligned. DO NOT use stain removing spray on the head board. Ours came a bit dirty we tried spraying it and there’s a stain worse than originally arrived with. But great value!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't order online or try to assemble yourself The bed came in several pieces for packaging, but did not have anything it needed to be assembled properly. Fortunately, I've paid handy to assemble it, so I had proof that you could not put this bed together with the parts that I was given. The holes did not line up to connect the pieces of the bed and there was no way to fix it after the fact. Further, when I complained that the bed was not fixable, I was told I had to find a way to get rid of it, even though it weighs over 100 pounds. This was a terrible bed and a terrible purchase experience with Ashley. I now have pieces of a bed taking up space in my room and no way to get rid of it that won't cost hundreds of dollars. I can't sell it to someone else because it can't be put together. Don't buy this bed

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It’s Okay… It’s okay. Instructions and assembly was fairly easy and quick. It does feel rather flimsy and the gaps between the bed and the frame are quite big. I have an oversized mattress so I’m not sure why the gaps are so large. The color is a little darker in person. It also sits very low so you won’t have room to put anything under the bed. You get what you pay for I guess. I’ll update this review if there are any changes.

Also, the wooden panels underneath are not very supportive, we had to add our own wood pieces to support the box spring properly. Would keep looking..
