Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sufficient but not spectacular One of the chair legs was too short and there was a bad limp. We had to do a make-shift solution which I didn’t appreciate as I expect new items to operate like new. The height is a little lower than other counter height stools but not overwhelmingly so. The light in the picture makes the chair look lighter than it is. The actual color is basically black which I didn’t mind much. I like the color of the seat cushion and like that it’s sturdy. The back of the chair juts out a little more than I anticipated; I usually prefer more back support. But in fairness, the picture does accurately portray that feature. Overall, it’s an okay purchase. The price was reasonable. 3/5

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Last time buying furniture from them We get it and put one together and it had a leg that was not the same height! So then we tried to change out the legs thinking it would then be even but no! It's only one. Also the instructions were terrible! The legs and the parts between the legs weren't labeled correct at all so we got confused on which goes where. I have learned not to order furniture from Ashley's now because this is the second time I have had issues. I wish the furniture comes premade or at least an option to choose and pay someone from them to build it for you so you don't have to deal with the headaches.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mediocre Quality We bought these stools along with a dining set that includes a table, bench and 4 stools. The price was over $900 for all and the set looked very nice in store. We only had the set for 1 week before the chairs started splintering on the back spindles. We decided to call and request an exchange, which glady homemakers honored and replaced all, delivered and already assembled. The new set is now doing the same, so we didn't have a faulty set, most likely this wood just does that. I know we did not purchase the most expensive set on the showroom floor, but for the cost, we are disappointed in quality. The chairs are sturdy, which is a plus. The table set looks very nice from afar, but the flaws show once you're closer or get a splinter in your finger when moving chairs around sometimes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great chairs.. Great sitting chairs. Good solid chairs also. So far we really like them. The cushions are great om your legs. I recently have nerve damage from 3 back surgery's so i couldnt no longer sit at our chairs we bought a year ago that was without cushions. These helped me out alot. They are really pretty chairs also. I like the dark cushion also.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Small issues One of the chairs came with the wrong piece so we have to go to the store and get the right one or have it delivered. Also we will need to sand the wood on the chairs or it will snag our clothing. The feet aren’t completely level so we need to buy little things that go underneath. The chairs are beautiful and the seats are comfortable
