Rated 1 out of 5 by from Steer Clear I look at reviews with a bit of scepticism, but I assure you I am knowledgeable about this chair. 1. Within a few months the gas cylinder went out. Since I bought the chair online they just sent me a cylinder and called it a done deal; no install assistance. 2. A year later, the recline mechanism cracked where the cylinder is inserted. The whole mechanical assembly is CHEEP, it would be better to go with a cheaper chair and replace the assembly with a heavy duty assembly. I found one for $80.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It's nice but know what you are getting. The chair looks fine. Feels a bit cheap but it wasn't as expensive as other manufacturers. Stem below seat feels cheap as well. At first it didn't work but a technician removed a piece that was apparently supposed to be removed during assembly - a small plastic cap - be sure to remove it! Now that the piece is removed it functions but makes a loud clicking sound when you lean back or forward once again giving you the sense that you paid too much for a really cheap chair.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Can I put ZERO stars? I ordered and paid for this office chair on 7/27/21! Yes, that's right, July of 2021. Today is May 18, 2022. I still DO NOT have my chair. I called today and they are telling me July 2022. I will have PAID for this chair and DO NOT HAVE IT FOR A YEAR! I feel like I've been scammed. I'm putting it out all over social media!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Still waiting on parts to assemble The chair was really comfortable and supportive in the store. After trying many, we came back to Ashley and purchased this one. The chair came within four days however, the packaging was terrible and they left out the assembly bag of parts. It is now 9 days later and I still do not have the parts to assemble the chair.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the best. The chair is cute, comfortable. However when it came it was put together backwards and my boyfriend had to fix it. The wheels do not roll and I have a new floor so these wheels are pretty stressful because I’m afraid of the floor being scratched, not to mention it’s annoying. Functionality wise, maybe choose another one.

However, it is the most uncomfortable desk chair I have ever used. It lacks sufficient padding for any long term use and the mechanical parts are of poor quality. The chair now tilts on the base.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Start with Chair I do not recommend this product. The chair was delivered with one wheel missing. Also the base is lopsided. The tech has yet to return with the parts to make the repair. I work from home and it’s been very inconvenient not having my office at usable capacity.
