Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bought 2- both broke in 6 months Poor quality. Buyer beware. We bought two. We have no kids at home and work all day so they got minimal use. BOTH broke in the same place within 6-7 months. Brain box conduit cracked and shorted out which could have caused fire on BOTH chairs. Homemakers is in process of "repairs" for over a month and refused to allow us to return or exchange even though there is a CLEAR FLAW with these chairs. Why would both break in same place over short time with little use?? Buyer beware on these....bad bad bad design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Features!! We bought this recliner about 3 weeks ago. We found it in the clearance section. The price was so low, compared to the regular price for those recliners. We love it. It has massage, heat, reclines electronically. And of course it rocks!! My husband and my kids fight for it all the time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not purchase Brain box shorted while stuck in the upright position. We too have no pets and work dark to dark, so very minimal use. Now no use AND it still has half of its warranty life remaining. This is NOT your parents Lay-Z-Boy company, this is Premium grade trash that cost a fortune to fix, even under warranty. YOU have to ship it to Laz-Y-Boy to be fixed if you purchased direct from them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from VERY COMFORTABLE! This is the most comfortable chair I have ever had in my many years of life! I've had 4 multi level back fusions and comfort is not easy to find, but I found it in this LA-Z-BOY! The heat is my favorite - gives me MUCH comfort.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beware! Problematic My wife and i bought 2 of these chairs. Within 6 months BOTH chairs developed the same electrical problem. Homemakers sent out service tech. Took 2 weeks to order parts, now another month before they arrive. Cannot use footrest on either chair due to electrical short on footrest motor We told Homemakers since both had the same electrical problem this must be a manufactures defect and we would like to return for in store credit. They told us we are past the 30 day return. Now we have 2 chairs that we cannot use footrest, are waiting for parts, and concerned about likelihood of electrical short/fire hazard. The service tech asked if we had modified the wires and how they are mounted. I told him i would expect they came from the factory however they are supposed to be... again, we suspect these are a design/factory flaw with the wiring. Even if they fix the chairs, i wonder how long before they break again, or if they are going to start an electrical fire. These were supposed to be our dream recliners and have become a nightmare. I would not recommend these chairs, and I would not recommend Homemakers!!! These chairs were expensive!!!
