Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sturdy Chairs The chairs were pretty easy to put together. Several bolts, and 10-20 minutes per chair to be exact. The chairs aren't too heavy to pick up and move around, and they feel pretty sturdy and wide to sit on. The only issues I have with the chairs is on hardwood floor they are not perfectly level. I had to pad up a few feet with felt pads to keep them from wobbling. Also, the instructions and hardware were heavily stapled to the underside of the chair, and did damage the underside of the wood a bit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful piece Bought this and the matching chairs for our small dining room and we love it! Look beautiful and is very sturdy. I honestly wasn’t expecting such nice quality for the price however, I was pleasantly surprised.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quality Control Needs Improvement We were upgrading from a previous dining room set that included a round table/4 chairs to a larger table that can seat 6. We purchased two of these chairs because they appeared to be a close match to our existing chairs. While they are a pretty good match, the curvature of the seats has changed to be more flat. There were a couple of spots where the wood was damaged on each of our chairs, and the black finish wasn't as smooth as it should have been. We didn't notice it until the chairs were assembled, so we'll probably sand out the issues/use furniture markers to hide the blemishes. Given that we didn't pay a fortune for these, we're dealing with it, but we would have preferred if these issues were caught prior to packing/shipping.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Chair I put the chairs together myself, it was easy and the chairs arrived in good condition. I needed my husband’s help putting together the table. All in all a great buy. I’m very happy. I’m planning to have glass made for the table to extend the use time (we have kids).

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very poor quality control I am giving it 2/5 stars because only 4/10 chairs were acceptable. I originally ordered 6 chairs (3 sets). Of those 6, four were wobbly and one chair of those four had chips of wood missing on the seat and back. I contacted Ashley and they graciously sent me four new chairs. On round two, one chair had a chunk so large out of it, it wasn't usable. Another had a gouge. Two more were wobbly. I'm giving up at this point. I now have 4 decent chairs out of 10 that were delivered to me. I wanted six.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy chairs, easy to assemble Chairs came yesterday, we set them up (all four) in about an hour. Comfortable to sit on and they seem very sturdy. I love the wood color, its a beautiful deep brown.
