Rated 2 out of 5 by from Comfortable but low quality. This reclining is comfortable, but there are several issues that I have with it. First of all, when reclining, it makes a lot of noise. It creaks like a drawbridge raising. Second, the headrest is already discolored for some reason. I have only had it for a several months and it does not look like it is going to last. I am going to try a warranty claim to get it fixed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The massage feature seems a bit louder than the one in the store. Is it supposed to be loud?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Recliner with a Few Exceptions Overall I'm pleased. Wished the massage was where you could choose but I'm learning it loosens up your back starting with the first one. The heat is only in the seat and not as warm as I'd like it but still OK. Heat in the back would set this recliner apart from others. I bought it in black with the hopes of buying the sofa and loveseat in the brown. We will buy another one in black. The quality is very nice but unfortunately they used fake leather to cut costs. This recliner at its price should not have had any cost cutting measures. The salesmen state its full leather but it isn't. I'm pretty impressed after a month of owning it. The leg movement is a tad jerky at times but I'm sure either it will work itself out or I'll call Ashley out to make an adjustment. My neck and back pain has certainly subsided after having this chair. The zero gravity isn't 100% but good enough for me. You can recline back and sleep in it if need be. The adjustable headrest is awesome. You can recline back and watch TV with no issues. The seat is firm but not hard, which will last for years on end. I have no issue with it, in fact I'm happy for having a little firmness for my back and neck. I'm 5'9 and my husband is a tad over 6', we both have no issues. It's built for us taller people. My feet don't hit the floor unless I've got shoes on. So shorter people may out may not like this. I like it. The foot extender is great for full leg support. The depth of the seat goes far enough back for taller people. The width is plenty with a few inches extra. It's not narrow. The good: great zero gravity, made for taller people, plenty of width, cupholders can be flipped for a coffee mug, lighted, nice storage, USB C and A, heat, massage, power headrest and durability/good quality workmanship. Easy to put together. Took me maybe about 5 minutes to put together and power up. It is very heavy, so it isn't a piece of furniture that will slide around whenever you sit in it vs some other large name brands. The bad: No lighted cupholders (I added lighted pucks), no storage lighting, one LED color in blue, slow charging only, could recline a tad more (it's flat but not all the way flat), could have leather sides vs fake leather for the price, more heat especially for the back and the option to select the massage. Again, we are happy and it checks all the boxes but it could have been tweaked a tad bit more like the sofa and loveseat was.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from VERY Happy! We are very happy with this recliner. As seniors it is so nice to no longer struggle getting into and out of the reclining position. The heat and cup holders are a bonus too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Fabulous Recliner and sofa! The recliner is fantastic! Very comfortable,, you press a button and it heats, another button and it gives a massage. The recliner is full of surprises!I have slept a couple of nights on it due to acid reflux. We liked it so much that we also bought the sofa!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Chair! Awesome chair! Very comfortable and the heated seat is great in this cold weather! I do wish it had come with a manual though so that I knew what all the buttons do instead of trying to figure it out myself.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Keep up the good work in improving your product. The recliner is a beautiful chair but it doesn’t give enough power when massaging you. I can hardly feel the pressure especially in the lower back area. I do feel it in my upper back near my clavicle area but below that their almost no pressure points. I was very disappointed. When it come to recommendations I would tell my friends that its a beautiful recliner but not enough power.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The chair is very comfortable and versatile with the ability to adjust the headrest, a built in back massage with a heater and cup holders. Wonderful for someone with back issues like my husband. If we could change anything, we’d include an adjustable remote for the massage so you could pick intensity and where on the back is massaged. It currently has four preprogrammed massages that does hit the entire back. Looks get in our office day or night with the movie theatre lighting below the seat.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice Quality but Uncomfortable Really nice features and it looks fancy and high quality, BUT it was not comfortable. It's very firm and the lumbar massage gets stuck in an uncomfortable postition when turned off. It poked into my back and actually made me sore. For reference I am 5'3" so maybe I was just too short for it. We returned it. I suggest you try it in store before buying.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pretty but horrible uncomfortable Very cool looking chair that us horrible to sit in. The backrest is hard as a rock. You can't sink into it at all. It's like you teeter on it. I assume it's the stupid air massage bladders. I think I thought it was comfortable in the store. But this is purely awful. I hope I can return it . I see the sofa has one Star for the same reason. Odd that it doesn't show up when you search for things. U have to dig to find it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nice looking - VERY uncomfortable - can fix - sort of So this is my second time to leave a review. My first one was not published. This is a great "looking" chair. And it has all the bells and whistles. However, the backrest is horribly uncomfortable. The backrest is way too overstuffed and rock hard at the same time. Like you teeter on a board when you recline. One reviewer of the sofa version said it was like laying on a 2x4. Well I opened up the back rest and they are not far off. You are LITERALLY laying on a board. Under an inch of foam is a sheet of 1/2" plywood where the airbags are mounted. Then behind the board is about 4" of foam. Seems absolutely stupid, so I pulled that board out and put it behind all the stuffing. That helped a lot. However, I think I may pull out a sheet of stuffing still as it is too stuffed. I may replace it with a sheet of memory foam. I think the massager pads need to be moved lower too. They hit way too high up the back. This is a chair that could have been great but for whatever reason they chose not to.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does not have lumbar support The chair is aesthetically nice, comfortable and adjusts/folds quickly. Massage feature is sufficient but won’t knock your socks off. The part that puzzles me is why they wouldn’t include an option to only inflate the lumbar area of the chair for support. Arm rest storage is a nice touch, but the arm rest padding is already starting to compress after 1 month of use.
