Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good little (firm) couch This is a good little loveseat. It is more on the form side but I think it will break in overtime. The color is more of a dark grey/blue, which I love. It comes with two small decorative pillows (the one on top in the picture, other ones are from a different couch from Ashley’s). The only assembly is putting the legs on which was very easy. It is definitely worth the money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful to assemble, uncomfortable to use. Like: It looks okay. Dislike: The construction. Trying to put on the legs was a nightmare. There were no pre-drilled holes, and the legs are just plastic triangles that require a long screwdriver. The tiny instruction sheet says to install the legs 1/4" from the edges, which means you're screwing through multiple layers of fabric into particle board that's made with heavy glue. I ended up having to use a box cutter to slice away the layers of fabric just so I could stop the drill bit from binding on the fabric, and then I broke three separate drill bits because they wouldn't go through the awful particle board. The decorative piping isn't soft or comfortable. It's like wire. The piping on the seat cushion cuts into the backs of your knees, and the armrest is even worse. The wood frame is squared off, so there are sharp corners, and there's virtually no padding over the arm. Add in the piping, and this loveseat is a great torture device. At least the Telora chair is comfortable. This is anything but. It really needs to go back to the design team for a full rework.

It’s roomy and plush, I find the sofa perfect for me. I bought my sofa online and when the price dropped, I called up and instantly got a credit back onto my credit card as it was within 30 days of purchase. Very happy customer.

Not only is it exactly the piece of furniture I was looking for but it perhaps makes the rest of the pieces in my living room/den pop. As The Big Lebowski would say, it really ties the room together. I am also grateful for its ghost warding properties as I haven’t had a single haunting since it was delivered. I don’t know about you, but that kind of peace of mind is worth any price. I would recommend this loveseat to any who are in the market and I would recommend Ashley for all your furniture needs. It really is a great loveseat and, as the first new piece of furniture I’ve bought in the last five years, I sincerely treasure it as being a smart decision.

Looks great, love it. 2 things though: - one cushion is super soft and sinks in a lot, the other is super firm, not sure if that was supposed to be that way - just don't like that the delivery people ripped the underlining apart from the staples, now my under lining just hangs

After owning the loveseat ifor three years the structure of the back broke the seat structure has completely collapsed. We have no dogs we have no pets there’s just two adults living here. I have the sofa and the seat cushions had to be re-stuffed after one year on the fabric is wearing. Please don’t waste your money on this set of furniture.

The stuffing in seat backs was distorted lumps high and low areas the piping is anything but straight on the back cushions and the arms. They did send someone to fix it which amounted too adding more stuffing which only made it look and feel worse.

The cushions are a bit on the stiffer side but I like it because I prefer cushions that won't sink it shortly after purchasing. It really does look great in my living room. I would post a picture if I could but I don't see the option. I would definitely order it again.
