He was an absolute pleasure to work, easy going, gave of plenty of space as well as lots of great ideas - he made the experience fun! Mel recommended the white glove delivery which made it an absolute breeze. No mess no hassle & we love our new couches - GREAT!

Let me begin this review with the roil of emotions that come along with buying a sofa off the internet, site unseen. I was feeling worry, trepidation, doubt, and uncertainty but I loved the look in the pictures and measurement wise, it perfectly fit my smaller space. I bought it, off a facebook add with my fingers crossed. All I can say is WOW. The communication was excellent, I was able to schedule a delivery date that worked for me, and the guys that unloaded it were awesome humans. Now, onto the couch itself. It. Is. Comfortable. Some couches swallow you up - not this one. It is firm but truly comfortable. It isn’t so deep and my 76 year old mother can easily get on and off it. The color is exactly as shown on the picture. I’m so deeply impressed with my new sofa and I’m so glad I took the risk and bought it sight unseen off the internet :)
