Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE this couch! I recently purchased this pull-out couch for our new apartment and my experience dealing with Ashley's customer service was excellent! The person (Debbie) on the phone patiently answered all of my (very detailed) questions, put my mind at ease from start to finish. When the couch arrived, the delivery people were on time and very professional, they carefully brought it up a very tight two story stairwell and delivered it into my living room without banging the walls. I have no idea how they did it! The couch is GORGEOUS, it's well-constructed and very comfortable for relaxing or taking a nap. Let's just say my husband tested it out for napping, he gave it a A++ comfort rating. I will order from Ashley again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fluffy and Comfy We bought this sleeper sofa to put in our office. We made the best decision ever! This sofa is fluffy and comfortable. The pull out bed actually has screen/mesh under the mattress which makes is much more comfortable than bars. The mattress that comes with it isn't great. The springs poke you when you're laying on it. We're considering replacing the mattress with a 6" foam mattress which should make it very comfy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks So Elegant! I purchased this Darcy Full Sofa Sleeper as a set piece for a show I was directing. The show required a pull out bed. I figured that it would be trashed after the show, and because it cost so little, I could just donate it somewhere. Well, I'm keeping it! This sofa held up so well over a month long run of the show. It still looks brand new.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great for the price Our sofa sleeper is now just over a month old and still looks brand new- The fabric is holding up well (and we have a dog and 2 cats). very comfortable. The mattress is very thin and wouldn't recommend for adult use- but our kids enjoyed sleeping on it one night.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do Not Lke This Sofa I received this sofa last week and I am very dissatisfied. The cushions are EXTREMELY HARD. When I opened the bed there’s an odd smell coming from the material of the sofa. Maybe it’s due to sitting in the warehouse. I don’t know, but I’m leaving the bed open for a couple of days so it can air out. Looking at the sofa itself, it looks nice but it definitely lacks comfort. All in all I do not recommend this sofa.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Uncomfortable and cheaply made Nothing about this sofa is comfortable. The cushions are hard at first, but then get too soft, allowing the metal from the bed frame to be felt through the cushions. The back cushions are angled in such a way that it is horrible for your posture. We have used the sofa for less than a year, do not have kids, but the cushion seams are starting to split.
