Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not worth the money I’ve had this couch for less than a week and am already regretting my purchase. I loved the look of it when it first arrived, but after a few days of moderate use it now looks old and worn down. As others have mentioned, the material of this couch is cheap and low-quality at best. It’s been sat on a handful of times and already the material has become saggy and the cushions have flattened significantly. Very disappointed that Ashley would manufacture such a poor quality piece of furniture. This was my first time purchasing from them and will most definitely be my last. Photos attached are upon delivery and 4 days after.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Delivery, Better Couch. Just received our couch today, we purchased the cobblestone color, it’s very soft and pretty the material feels like suede. The couch itself seems pretty sturdy, you don’t sink into it when you plop down and my boyfriend and I are larger. The chaise is reversible and can go on either the right side or the left, there is Velcro under the cushion seats to keep the pillows from sliding so I don’t believe that would be an issue going forward. The delivery drivers were efficient and fast and were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thanks Ashley for a great buy!! *will update*

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Color and size for our space! My fiancé and I got this for our townhome. It was just the ride size to fill our space without being too big. We were excited by all of the color options and chose to go with the grey to match our woodsy/antique decor. Initially the cushions were a little firm but given a couple of weeks the softened right up, now the sofa chaise is perfect for naps! We also love the flexibility to move the chaise cushion to either side to fit our room layout, this will give us flexibility in future homes as well. This biggest downside, if you consider this a downside, is that the sofa is very lightweight. I would be careful moving it, though I would also note my dog has jumped on it twice at high speeds without damaging the product!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for the price. Considering how cheap this was, it was worth it. I read reviews prior that said the cushions don't stay in. They're right. It's not a big deal except the chaise. That's a pain in the butt to push back into the couch day after day. Also every single cushion feels different, but it's still pretty comfy. The material is very soft, but holds crumbs. I recommend a good upholstery attachment used weekly on a vacuum. Overall, pretty good quality considering the low price. It was perfect for my small town home I just bought and couldn't afford a whole lot of furniture!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice color The sofa has nice fabric and the color is very true to pictures. The sofa has some lacking qualities. If you send a good amount of time setting the cushions break down rapidly, we purchased ours about 4 months ago and there is a significant change in support. Another issue is in the construction the base supports come up high on the sofa so you can feel them through the cushions. The final issue is while the option to switch which side the chaise is on is nice but the foot part moves easily pulling the cushion out once again exposing the wood bracing which can be painful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for the price! I bought this couch about a month ago. It was on sale and perfect for my townhome. I love the feel of the material and the look. The ability to use the chaise on either side is FANTASTIC! I have a toddler who has already gotten food on it and it has wiped off easily. No stains to date! (I used cold water and wiped up the messes asap) My only real complaint is that the cushions slide out from the back rather easily. I am constantly pushing them back into the couch. Otherwise, it's definitely a bang for my buck!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Versatile & Pretty, but Uncomfortable/Inconvenient We bought this couch almost a year ago and thought it would be perfect for our small apartment. We really like the look of the couch and the material, and that it is versatile (you can switch the side that the chaise is on). The cons of this couch are the fact that the seat cushions will not stay in place. 99% of the time I'm sitting in a gap between the seat cushion and the back of the couch. It's a constant battle to try to keep the cushions in place. Definitely not worth the money and would not recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Sofa Chaise I bought this with some reservation. I saw lot S of previous comments that the cushions keep sliding off. It seems like that has been taken into consideration by the manufactures because mines came with Velcro underneath which helps keep the cushion in place. No sliding over here. My very 1st couch, I am so happy about it. Comfortable and looks beautiful. I am glad I took a chance with it.
