Rated 2 out of 5 by from Honest thoughts after a year. I have had this couch for over a year, so I can really have some input on this one. Within the first few months, it was great! Now a year later, the pilling of the fabric is ridiculous. I use a shaver all of the time but the little “balls” of fabric is horrible. This is the first couch I have ever bought, so I was unaware of the types of fabric where pilling happened. Just be aware with this fabric it will/does happen. It is still comfortable after a year, but also be mindful that you can’t take the back cushion covers off the wash. You “can” as it has zippers, but it’s all like a stuffing inside, not an actual insert like the bottom cushions. The cleaning is a bit difficult to that aspect. I wouldn’t buy this set again and would go with something else next couch purchase. Luckily it wasn’t too expensive where I’m not that upset to get a new one soon

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not the best, I’d look elsewhere. This sofa is beautiful for the first couple of months. I’ve had this sofa since November so a little over 6 months now, and am kind of unsatisfied with it. The fabric pils bad, so much so to where I’ve decided to flip the cushions over cause I constantly had to use a fabric shaver to maintain it. I also find myself having to constantly fluff the cushions up to keep the shape. I bought the Maggie ottoman with the sofa, and it ripped at the seam within two months, to where Ashley sent a replacement cover with no further instructions, I had to unscrew the legs and staple it on the ottoman.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A disappointing purchase Such a disappointing purchase! This is indeed a beautiful sofa. It looks great from afar, but pills within the first few months of using it. We’ve had ours for about 2 years now, and the cushions are totally deformed/ require constant reshaping/fluffing. The wood underneath makes noise upon every small movement… only advise if you want a sofa for looks not comfort and durability.

I am very careful with them, but they are misshapen and impossible to sit against. I would return if I could, I’m hoping to have them stuffed with real foam or something more substantial bc this is a mess

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible. Not like listed at all Horrible fabric, impossible to wash covers because there is a loose textile waste stuffing inside without even an inner cover for it. If you take it out you will never put it back. Lint balls all over the seat on the fabric.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Terrible fabric Beautiful sofa right away. We have only had it a year and a half, and it is discolored, sagging, and pilling. I would save your money and get something higher quality. It did not take long for the fabric to go bad. We also bought a warranty for the couch, but we can’t get ahold of anyone for it. Apparently the wear is “normal” for the fabric, so we were not covered. Now we are in the market again for a new couch after a year and a half.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Awful Piling! Lovely couches, was really excited about them. BUT, they are NOT durable. We have had them for 6 months and the piling is out of this world. The couches now feel rough to lay on. Furthermore annoyed bc we asked the sales guy is this would be an issue bc we had that happen in the past and he convinced us that this material cost more so it wouldn’t have that issue. Waste of money. Buy something more expensive at a better store.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a good product I've had the sofa and loveseat for six months. The back cushions lost their shape almost immediately. I have to beat them with my fists to get them into a somewhat decent shape. The bottom cushions were about 12 inches when I first got them. Now when you sit down you can feel the frame. And the material pills badly. I'm embarrassed to have anyone over. I'm going to try to return them and get a refund or at least a credit towards something else.

We had been hearing sounds from the couch when you move for at least a month and finally it made a loud crack sound in the center. I originally selected this because I thought it was visually what I wanted and we prefer deeper couches. While it’s soft, I think it’s too soft. If I sit on the couch for more than 30 mins, my tailbone starts to feel uncomfortable and I have to readjust frequently. It is also a very bulky couch. I would not purchase this again in retrospect.

The seats have lost foam support making the fabric loose. There is MAJOR pilling on the seats, back cushions and throw pillows. The sofa also sits very low to the ground. Would NOT recommend this sofa to anyone.

I have had this couch for less than 6 months and it sinks in horribly. No matter how gentle I am it looks like it’s completely run down. Anytime I sit on it I’m uncomfortable. The pillows look horrible, it’s as if I’ve had them for years. This sofa does not hold up well.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cushions sink in The cushions are either too soft or a couch this big probably needs three cushions. Or maybe they should be firmer? Idk… You sink towards the middle after a while when sitting. Or your bum sinks in between the two cushions when laying down. The middle definitely sinks in. I’ve had it almost a year now and we have to keep flipping and switching the cushions around so that they won’t look saggy.

My husband and I loved the sofa and the matching oversized chair in store and decided to purchase them but once we received it the cushions would sink in horribly. No amount of fluffing or caring for the pillows l would make it look nice. I love Ashely’s products but unfortunately this was not a good buy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from definitely a comfy couch sooo i love this couch it’s comfy, deceivingly big. my friends and i have spent hours on this thing, it’s cozy the fabric is beautifulll and overall just a lovely couch. sometimes i move the pillows from the couch and it gives me more room. i think it was worth the money, except it cane with a tiny hole/discoloring on one of the corners. the delivery was pretty smooth the men did not seem like the happiest of campers but they set up the couch and took out the delivery material in like less than 10 minutes so that was cool and efficient. i’d get this couch again, maybe with an ottoman but nonetheless. i took off one star because of that corner, it was a fairly expensive purchase and while the damage wasn’t bad I had higher hopes
