Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mostly great couch I purchased this couch in 2022 and I’ve really enjoyed it. It’s very comfortable, great to nap on, and has a very wide seat, which I love! However, it’s very low to the ground and the more I’ve used it, the harder it’s been to get up off the couch. The seat cushions are removable and it’s probably not recommended but I have machine washed them and hung them to dry and they did great! The back cushions have fluff just shoved in there and I do not like that because they are hard to shape and obviously not washable. Overall, it’s held up very well over the past 4 years but my number one con is how low to the ground it is.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorly made and fabric pulls Horrible and cheap sofa, fabric pills, I’ve had both seatboards replaced, the whole love seat has had to be completely exchanged with a new one, we’ve had the replacement less than 3 weeks and the back pillows are already looking awful. The main sofa has pilling all over it and cushions have fallen flat to sit on. Back cushions are impossible to lay flat and flop around the couch and don’t sit right so you constantly have to fluff and fix them or the couch looks messy

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A disappointing purchase Such a disappointing purchase! This is indeed a beautiful sofa. It looks great from afar, but pills within the first few months of using it. We’ve had ours for about 2 years now, and the cushions are totally deformed/ require constant reshaping/fluffing. The wood underneath makes noise upon every small movement… only advise if you want a sofa for looks not comfort and durability.

I am very careful with them, but they are misshapen and impossible to sit against. I would return if I could, I’m hoping to have them stuffed with real foam or something more substantial bc this is a mess

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible. Not like listed at all Horrible fabric, impossible to wash covers because there is a loose textile waste stuffing inside without even an inner cover for it. If you take it out you will never put it back. Lint balls all over the seat on the fabric.

We had been hearing sounds from the couch when you move for at least a month and finally it made a loud crack sound in the center. I originally selected this because I thought it was visually what I wanted and we prefer deeper couches. While it’s soft, I think it’s too soft. If I sit on the couch for more than 30 mins, my tailbone starts to feel uncomfortable and I have to readjust frequently. It is also a very bulky couch. I would not purchase this again in retrospect.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cushions sink in The cushions are either too soft or a couch this big probably needs three cushions. Or maybe they should be firmer? Idk… You sink towards the middle after a while when sitting. Or your bum sinks in between the two cushions when laying down. The middle definitely sinks in. I’ve had it almost a year now and we have to keep flipping and switching the cushions around so that they won’t look saggy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from definitely a comfy couch sooo i love this couch it’s comfy, deceivingly big. my friends and i have spent hours on this thing, it’s cozy the fabric is beautifulll and overall just a lovely couch. sometimes i move the pillows from the couch and it gives me more room. i think it was worth the money, except it cane with a tiny hole/discoloring on one of the corners. the delivery was pretty smooth the men did not seem like the happiest of campers but they set up the couch and took out the delivery material in like less than 10 minutes so that was cool and efficient. i’d get this couch again, maybe with an ottoman but nonetheless. i took off one star because of that corner, it was a fairly expensive purchase and while the damage wasn’t bad I had higher hopes

We did opt for door delivery so beware this sofa is heavy to get in the house and requires drilling the couch legs in (not the twist on couch legs)! Overall extremely satisfied!

It looks like a very light grey and I was hoping more for a light cream/ivory color to match with my decor. It's too big to return, so I'm going to keep it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice couch with some assembly Very comfy sofa. It has a nice soft feel. I sleep like a baby when I take my naps. The pillows are horrendous though. They are hard and flat. For the price of this sofa, it would have been nice if the legs had pre-drilled holes for attachment but it does not and it was definitely a task getting them on. YOU WILL NEED A DRILL. Other than that, we are overall happy with our purchase. So far so good.
