We love our new sofas they are comfortable and of the highest quality and the delivery service was great. The delivery guys stayed in contact with us on delivery date and time and arrived on time. Other delivery services don’t provide this. They handled our sofa with care and placed where we wanted them and even provided ideas for arrangement and before leaving making sure everything was working.

This furniture set is absolute garbage & a complete inconvenience when you constantly have to sit down & get back up. Lesson learned - should have bought another manual reclining set.

The most important is the ability to move the foot and head rest to our desired position. (we suffer from back and neck issues.) It is a bit firm, but exactly what we need at this stage in life. It has so many other usable options; massage, heat, lighting, cup holders, phone charging & storage. Our only regret with this furniture is not discovering it sooner:)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great couch, but not for everybody. I love the features and design of the couch. The air massage is nice. Unfortunately the air massage mechanism behind the cushion makes my back very sore. If you are a large person, I think you will likely have the same issue as me. If you’re interested in this couch, spend a good amount of time sitting in it at the store to make sure it doesn’t make you sore. It took me an hour or 2 of sitting to start noticing it. I will be exchanging mine for something else.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely uncomfortable back rest Looks nice and the heater and massage is nice. The major issue is that the back rest feels like you are sitting with a 2x4 on your spine. Almost as if there is no cushion at all. Additionally, if you recline the seat back you have to raise the head rest up all the way just to make it somewhat comfortable as it will make the wood plank feeling 10x worse. I’m pretty sure that the wood plank feeling I’m referring to is from the air massage feature. To be completely honest it’s almost as if your laying on the floor with a blanket under you as a “cushion”.

They failed to disclose this upfront, won’t allow returns or exchanges after delivery, and expect you to buy extra accessories outside to use the sofa. Research thoroughly before purchasing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor design for the power cords It's a beautiful couch and very comfortable but it weighs a ton and it has a hundred feet of cords. There's individual plugs for each side plus the center console making three plugs. Each plug has approximately 15 ft of cord. It's a poor design. There's limited room under the couch to tuck away all these cords. The couch should have been designed with all those cords and power supplies permanently mounted with a single cord coming out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Our recliner . comfortable to a t. Our other sofa was showing its age. There was nothing i didn’t like. Anyone who buys this sofa/recliner will be happy. Heated seats, massage plenty of head/back positions. Just don’t eat drink on them least i’m not. Plus the lighting middle has touch buttons low/med/full bright. Wireless charging Both sides have usb-b-c Lift up the head rest center seat pull down a huge arm rest with cup holders. The two ends have cup holders you flip ones for coffee cups other for sodas etc. Next you have storage on either side arm rest for tv remotes. Led light strip down the front and in the pockets more storage their to. That lighting is in the inside pocket storage. on either side of the sofa. Middle section is just a seat only the two ends recline etc. Be patient if their back ordered

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Uncomfortable Sofa Beautiful color, nice features, and an elegant modern sofa. However, this sofa is not for everyone. The seating is narrow and the cushion is not soft. If you like to sit to watch TV instead of lying down, this sofa is for you. Sadly, the store does not allow me to return and/or replace it with another style. Trying to sell on Facebook :(

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Should’ve Bought Something Else We thought about this couch for months and made multiple trips to the store to make sure we weren’t making an impulsive decision. Should’ve trusted my gut. The gray isn’t a true gray, it has a bit of a tan tone to it. We had the couch a month and the massage feature broke. 2 weeks later, the heat on the other side stopped working. There are so many power cords for the couch and loveseat, heat only really heats the seat (not up the back), massage is just ok. We have a friend who bought the same couch a month before us and he’s had issues with his too. Do yourself a favor and buy a different set.

It gives a tan vibe a bit, so I wish it was more gray, but other than that no complaints, love the heat and massage features. We have had this for almoast a year now and it's held up really well and I beleive it will last a very long time
