It looks good in our space, is comfortable, and functions as expected. We like the cup holders in the arms, the recliner action is easy, and the drop down table is convenient. We chose and like the polyester feel and easy care. Check back in a year and see how it is doing.

Will say that it did come slightly scratched and scuffed in the cup holders and the leather along the back however chose not to replace due to length of time to receive new couch. Leather on foot recline and in the middle is very tight with zero fluff in certain areas.
