Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Buy, Very Comfortable We absolutely love our new sofas. We purchased 2 in the lighter brown color that truly look quite classy. Buyer beware, these sofas are quite heavy. It took 4 stromg men to inch them into into our home and into our living room. My best guess is 300 lbs per sofa so it might be wise to pay the extra set up fee.

Since then we have had a tech come out on 4 occasions, and make repairs to both pieces. I love the material and the reclining feature, but it is not well made and a year in, one of the reclining parts no longer sits fully upright. This is an issue that was "fixed" once, but apparently not very well. So disappointed that we spent so much money and now are stuck with a broken sofa that's no longer under warranty. The inner parts are all held together by particle board...not worth the money!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorly Made - Horrible Quality - Waste of Money We purchased this couch and the matching loveseat in the beginning of 2022 - in the first year we had to have someone come out to fix issues with the piece on four occasions. The interior frame is made from particle board and has too many weak spots. The tech “patched” up spots in the back and it held for about a year…but now the frame has completely snapped. My son was leaning back (on the reclining sofa) and the whole back portion just snapped back. It won’t sit correctly anymore. We expected our new couch to last more than two years…so while it’s pretty comfy, the poor craftsmanship have made it a nightmare and now we are looking at either buying a new couch after just two years or playing someone to come fix the shoddy craftsmanship. So disappointing.

Unfortunately because I did not spot them within the first 7 days due to damage being in the top back I can’t get an exchange . Very frustrating. This was my 3rd set with Ashely and definitely my last.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality/uncomfortable! I really loved the look of these and that the material is low maintenance. That’s about where the love ends. We purchased the couch, loveseat, and recliner. We’ve only had them for 13 months and each piece has something wrong with it. Almost every footrest doesn’t open or close properly. They “catch” when going up and you have to close them after you get up. When you recline they lean to the side. The couch and loveseat are not comfortable and you can feel the support bar in your back. The recliner is really comfortable but the armrests are already visibly breaking down and it is very noisy (like is already wearing down) when you recline it. Really disappointed in the quality.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible buy! Do not buy this. I wish I could do negative stars in all honesty. We bought this sofa loveseat set Feb 2022. It has now broken 3 times and is now past the manufacturer warranty. We bought the extended warranty which Ashley’s is saying it should be covered but the company is saying it’s not. I’ve been on the phone with 6 different people with no help! You would think if the same spot has broken 3 different times they would just replace it but no. These couches are cheap, made of particle board but yet pricey. The stitching is cheap and unraveled within 6 months. Save yourself the headache I’m going through, it’s not worth it. Go spend your money somewhere else!

After 10 months of ownership, the sofa has mechanical and structural defects in the spots that my 250 lb significant other utilizes. This sofa is great for those under 150 lbs, but is not made with enough quality to support weight over. Save your money and learn from my mistake.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I already want to replace after less than 1 year I waited to leave a review after having my couch for almost 1 year so that I could test it out. A couch is expected to last 7 to 15 years but I am already looking at replacing due to comfort level and support wearing down. The footrest is very flat and doesnt have a lot of cushion or support, anywhere you regularly sit becomes indented and the fabric begins to wear very quickly and is itchy on the arm rests and spots that have been utilized frequently. Generally this couch fell flat of basic expectations for comfort, length of use and my overall satisfaction. I wish I had spent more on a La-Z-Boy when I bought this.
