But the remote is horrible. the iPhone app doesn't have all the functions so we have to use it. it should light-up when touched. when it's dark, i can't see anything on the remote to change the setting. Please update the remote (and send it to me)! Otherwise, the base is offers a lot. it's very heavy, so keep that in mind when going upstairs!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from YUP, didnt think i needed the smart base. I was wrong. Yes, absolutely love the smart base. Super easy to assemble. Its very heavy so take the suggestions to get help on install seriously. I find the vibration a little cheesy right away because its not effectively doing anything but a soft rumble. However, ive really enjoyed it for relaxation. Its only effective on the low setting, medium and high simply vibrate too fast and you cannot feel it. Id like even a slower vibration. The under lights were unexpected as i never saw the need for it but their motion sensor and soft amber have simply created a necessity i didn't know i needed. Its expensive, its heavy, it fit inside my existing bed frame, would highly recommend. Just do it.

This made watching tv and reading less comfortable and with the zoned mattress on the restore plus it made the mattress stiff and lumpy. I am disappointed in this product. As it has also made my mattress softer with the less support as it doesn't have slats every 3 inches. Wish Purple had a better return system for products its not my fault this company is in Utah. Also been waiting for a mattress warranty from 19 days ago. I would recommend there traditional platform base and a new restore plus that doesn't have a defect down the center. Sorry purple I am just being honest.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Raising knees - places you in "V" shape Hi, do you like the adjustable frame and it's responsiveness when you go to raise your knees up it only raises the foot of the bed so now you're sitting basically in a V-shaped it's not very comfortable, yes, I have checked with support- all the pieces are there.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not so great Compared to many of the others on the market this frame does work as well. I missed my return window (to my own fault) or I would have returned it. The top part does not adjust as most others making for a vary uncomfortable position. Others bend in the hip region whereas this one actually does it in the back region. If you want a good adjustable base that puts you into more comfortable positions, look elsewhere.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lacking a bit. But gets the job done. It seems to be lacking. It does the job and adjusts the bed. But I ordered a split king. The cord that links the two separate sides makes the bed just one king size bed. They are no longer independent. The remotes also are supposed to control both sides. Which they do not.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nothing like the pictures These look nothing like the pictures/instructions that are included with the adjustable bed frame. There is nothing on the package to indicate it's even a purple product, just a small sticker with Chinese writing. They need to be modified to fit the frame and even then they fit loose and do a poor job of supporting the headboard. Save your money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nonrefundable, beware! The mattress were purchases, the Purple Restore Premium, is awful. We are returning it, however, the bases are nonrefundable. This was never communicated to us. I definitely do not recommend Purple because of this. If you don't like the mattress, you cannot return the base. What good is the base without a Purple mattress. I was told from Purple that the reason is because it would be too hard to box up and return. It comes on a box truck, so this is just crazy. Therefore, I do not recommend Purple.

Purple has provided me with instructions for repair but I haven't been able to find anyone to fix it so haven't been able to use it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Luxe Rejuvenate Mattress & Premium Smart Base - King So, we purchased our Purple bed after many years owning a Sleep Number bed and I must say I was a bit reluctant to change. However, I have to say that the Purple bed has exceeded my expectations. The first few nights of sleeping on the new Purple bed were not impressive. It was much firmer than our old Sleep Number, so I tossed and turned a bit trying to adjust to the difference. Right around the end of the first week I went to bed and spelt for about 8 hours, and it felt like I was only in bed for 30 minutes. No middle of the night repositioning, no waking up with tingles in my arm, no tossing and turning - just deep restful sleep. It has been blissful for the both of us ever since. We have the adjustable base, so it took a few days to determine what setting worked for both of us. We got rid of the many pillows and settled on 2 each and it is perfect. Even 5-6 hours of sleep leaves me feeling rested and refreshed. No more shoulder pains or lower back pains. Knowing the importance and health benefits of good sleep, my wife and I both agree that it is well worth the cost, and we are so happy with our purchase. The only small issue we've experienced is that the lighting package under the bed that illuminates when you step out of bed at night may not have been installed properly because only her side of the bed lights up. On my side there is no lighting. Other than that, no issues.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Customer support was horrible There was a mix up because the sales receipt and shipping manifesto had different quality. My sales receipt showed one quantity of the base while the shipper brought two twin bases. I had to return the initial delivery because of the discrepancy and I didn't want to get stuck with a wrong product. The customer support team absolutely nothing and blamed me and the shipper for returning the product. I called the customer support few times but never received a call back with the status. When I called, they just told me that the shipper would contact me whenever they are ready and it's not Purple's control. Purple said they would call me only after the delivery is complete. What's the point of the call when I already got the delivery??? It was a horrible customer service experience for the amount of product that I paid for.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Like sleeping on a rock slab! We purchased the medium support as that the demo module felt the best in that firmness. It was over 8 weeks before it arrived and it's like sleeping on a slab of rocks! Horrible. We both have spinal cord injuries and now they are aggravated worse than ever! We haven't had a decent nights sleep since we got it. I called the salesman and he said there was a learning curve for your body to adjust. We are way past that time frame and for almost 10 thousand dollars we are so very mad!!! They will not refund our money because they said it was still "too soon". We wish we had never gone to their store. It's been painful in many ways now!!
