Rated 2 out of 5 by from Comfy but not Durable Absolutely love this for comfort- it's so nice to adjust the base to my liking. I'm so sad to say, though, that the base is not very durable. We have had our base for less than two years and have already had to get it entirely replaced- and our replacement has partially broken. It is worth noting that we aren't hard on our bed, and we've taken good care of it, especially knowing that the base is mechanical. We would not have paid the money if we knew that we would have to get the base replaced frequently- and have to put the replacements together ourselves.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from They don't work with Purple headboard I got these brackets because I was told they worked with the purple headboard but after I got the headboard I quickly found out that was not the case. I had to return that headboard and get a different one and they didn't really work very will with that one either. I ended up having to zip-tie the headboard to the brackets just as a last resort. I definitely don't recommend them.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Built to Last The design lends itself to the middle legs bending inwards or outwards leading to long-term durability concerns. When it works, it works well, but I can't recommend it with this issue in mind. You should also be wary of tight fitting sheets restricting the movement of the mattress when using the smart base.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like the base. I thought I bought the one with massage Why can't Purple exchange base when I made a mistake ordering. I thought I was ordering the base with massage. The one I received the one without massage. I think that if item was ordered by mistake Purple should exchange base just like the mattress. I am not happy I can't exchange it for the smart base with massage. I thought that was what I ordered. I need the massage for health reasons.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's ok. I was disappointed that the foot only went straight up. I thought it would bend. Feels like a taco. And it goes pop pop then begins to raise. Does this for head and feet. It is a bit unsettling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We love our Purple Adjustable Bedframe We absolutely love our adjustable purple bedframe. I personally loved it, at the end of pregnancy, and also during breast-feeding. It was so nice to have back support with the click of a button. I also had surgery and it was so nice to be able to sit up, and also elevate my legs. My son also broke his leg, and it was so nice to put him in our bed and elevate his leg when he needed it. I highly suggest this purple adjustable bedframe, it is very supportive and it fits in most bed frames. This was a great purchase!

We went with a king bed and the adjustable base to help with her heartburn. We basically slept elevated her entire pregnancy and now we use it to read in bed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We love it, but support/warranty is concerning So far we love the base and it's nice it has a 10 year warranty, but I am a little concerned because it's not handled through Purple. They send you to another company who didn't even bother answering an email with a question about the base. That leaves me a little concerned about how good the 10 year warranty actually is. Hopefully it'll hold up.

This made watching tv and reading less comfortable and with the zoned mattress on the restore plus it made the mattress stiff and lumpy. I am disappointed in this product. As it has also made my mattress softer with the less support as it doesn't have slats every 3 inches. Wish Purple had a better return system for products its not my fault this company is in Utah. Also been waiting for a mattress warranty from 19 days ago. I would recommend there traditional platform base and a new restore plus that doesn't have a defect down the center. Sorry purple I am just being honest.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Raising knees - places you in "V" shape Hi, do you like the adjustable frame and it's responsiveness when you go to raise your knees up it only raises the foot of the bed so now you're sitting basically in a V-shaped it's not very comfortable, yes, I have checked with support- all the pieces are there.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not so great Compared to many of the others on the market this frame does work as well. I missed my return window (to my own fault) or I would have returned it. The top part does not adjust as most others making for a vary uncomfortable position. Others bend in the hip region whereas this one actually does it in the back region. If you want a good adjustable base that puts you into more comfortable positions, look elsewhere.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from it works.....ish The bracket is clearly for the older adjustable base, it barely allows the feet to screw in. Ultimately there isn't much of a choice so I'll give it 2 stars for it technically working but not more than that because it doesn't work well

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lacking a bit. But gets the job done. It seems to be lacking. It does the job and adjusts the bed. But I ordered a split king. The cord that links the two separate sides makes the bed just one king size bed. They are no longer independent. The remotes also are supposed to control both sides. Which they do not.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nothing like the pictures These look nothing like the pictures/instructions that are included with the adjustable bed frame. There is nothing on the package to indicate it's even a purple product, just a small sticker with Chinese writing. They need to be modified to fit the frame and even then they fit loose and do a poor job of supporting the headboard. Save your money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nonrefundable, beware! The mattress were purchases, the Purple Restore Premium, is awful. We are returning it, however, the bases are nonrefundable. This was never communicated to us. I definitely do not recommend Purple because of this. If you don't like the mattress, you cannot return the base. What good is the base without a Purple mattress. I was told from Purple that the reason is because it would be too hard to box up and return. It comes on a box truck, so this is just crazy. Therefore, I do not recommend Purple.
