Rated 5 out of 5 by from A good, solid adjustable frame. I've had this frame for almost a year now, and I'm happy with it. It's great for when I feel less than optimal and want to work from my bed in a nearly upright position. It's also great for those with back pain, or for those who have issues falling asleep on their back. I am a side sleeper, but at a slight incline of the head and foot of the bed, I am able to fall asleep on my back without issue. The remote has a 1-button-press function that can flatten the frame if you wake up in the middle of the night and want to roll onto your side, which is nice.

Shortly after assembly, I injured my knee badly at the gym but was able to utilize the lift function to ice/elevate. It also comes in handy to lift the head of the bed when I'm reading and even when my partner starts snoring like a goblin. I highly recommend this bedframe!

Very good customer service I had an issue with one of my feed on the base and purple was very quick to send out a new one 10/10 customer service.

Support is good. The only issue is that the mattress tends to slide down when raising the head but the foot stop limits it from sliding off the base.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love the premium smart base. The setup instructions were very clear. The base was heavy but with a friends help setting it up was fairly easy. The level of comfort it provides is insane. My favorite setting is zero gravity. The remote is easy to use and it has a reset button to get it to return to completely flat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ultra Comfortable When my wife and I were looking for a new mattress we decided to go with a Purple. The Purple rep had us lay on the adjustable base to experience it. Once the Zero G was activated I knew I had to have it. Now every night my wife and I sleep so comfortably and she really loves the "No Snore" setting. So incredibly comfortable and we have never slept so good.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works well with one downside The premium smart base works as intended. I thought it would be nice to be able sit up in bed as there is limited seating in my home. After sitting upright in my soft purple mattress for a few days, I found that it left a bit of a dip in the middle. I could notice a sag in the mattress while lying flat. I chose not to sit upright in my bed anymore in fear that the dip would worsen and make sleeping uncomfortable.

My only issue is that it could use some polishing. There is a jolt when first moving the head of the bed up, almost as if it sticks then breaks free. Not a big deal most of the time but it wakes up the other person when raising the head for snoring for example. I don't remember the nicer base having this jolt when I tested it in the showroom.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Purple Smart Base is Great I was on the fence about an adjustable bed but when I needed to upgrade my original Purple mattress, I figured why not take the chance on the adjustable frame that can lay flat when I want or need it too but also elevate my head and feet. The Zero Gravity setting is wonderful. Even with the Purple mattress I was still not sleeping through the night regularly with some insomnia issues from time to time...but in the Zero Gravity setting I am sleeping for hours without tossing and turning. It's great combo of the smart base and the Purple mattress.
