Me and my partner are loving how comfortable it is. Only criticism is the supports for the bed base, If they were a bit more sturdy I think we wouldn't feel each other moving throughout the night.

We don't even have the tilt very high. I had a different adjustable base before and it did not do that. Bummed we can't return it

So happy I did even though I couldn't use it at first but they sent someone out and fixed it right away. My legs swell up a lot through out the day since I'm on my feet all day so I can definitely see this being helpful.

I am handicapped and in a wheelchair by day and when my legs go crazy at night, just by raising my legs, it eases the pain. I am very happy with every purchase I've made with TempurPedic over the years...and there have been many!!!!!

While all the functionality is working great I'm super frustrated with the poor quality and design of the sad little plastic support legs for this already heavy base. Add some good bedroom extra curricular activities and the legs literally start to crumble. Why??? Is a solid heavy metal and mechanics base with little support. I'm very disappointed. I owned a sleep number with base before this and after 8-9 years everything with the base was still functional and working without crumbing legs. Also no support is only on the outside of base so shakey is an understatement. Please improve this issue moving forward...why cheap plastic to support such a great product otherwise.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Comfort [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the bed is soft and comfortable it takes awhile to get used to...my main purpose was to get a bed I could raise the head without putting four pillows behind me to sleep...it works just fine but I find myself sliding down toward the bottom of the bed by morning finding I have to curl up into a ball to be comfortable...also the bedding shifts all over the place which causes distress remaking every morning...it definitely is an adjustment...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Base The King size Ease Adjustable Base fit perfectly inside my existing King size head board, rails and foot board. I chose the Ease Base because I only wanted the features to raise the head and/or feet. I didn't want the vibrator, under bed lights, or anti-snoring features, so, the Ease is perfect for my needs. The delivery guys set it up in approximately 5 minutes. It's easy to operate with the remote control. I also purchased the Tempur-Pedic 5 degree cooling mattress to use with the Ease Adjustable Base and this combo is very comfortable. This combo has improved my sleep.

I also liked the Ease Power Base which lifts your feet and raises your head. They have a Zero Gavity setting which raises it automatically. I just push it and get into bed. It is funky at first but I got use to it. Kinda like older/ seniors who would buy a Lazy Boy and sleep on it to help with back, hip pain. I purchased the medium hybrid Adapt mattress...not too soft or not too hard. The Ease Power base is reasonable price. I bought the cheapest base available.

Especially need it as next week I have knee operation and need to keep my legs raised above my heart so purchased just in time and love it compared to my 20-year-old base !

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely NO Product is fine within first 3 to 4 years only! after that it start sinking and causing terrible body pain because it shapes to your body that is not suppose to, there is no direct phone number to contact warranty Dept to discuss, only email. They ask for too many Un necessary, irrelevant and none make sense documentation and ignoring for the warranty coverage. 100% not recommended.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Legs of power base and warranty I enjoy my temper-pedic mattress and the electronic function of my Ease power base very much, but the legs of the Ease power base are horrible. They are very flimsy and about half of them broke off around the first day that it was delivered. I'm very disappointed with that! I turned the broken legs in for warranty and Ease did not warrant my broken power base. I am very disappointed with Ease!

The remote was not working. Now I have to spend time to get it working or return it.

Very poor design with all the legs far into the center of the bed makes it very wobbly. Having this base negates one of the main purposes of the bed, which is to not feel your partner move. Even after having a technician come out the bed still moves a lot whenever someone shifts around.

Now, I am so happy I purchased the power base! It makes reading in bed, watching TV, and using my computer much more comfortable! The fact that I can raise and lower the head and foot of the bed either together or independently is a real plus!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Flimsy I'm very light: 118 lbs, and I live alone. The bed moves so easy and creaks when I get in it. Legs are plastic. I can't imagine this is build to last. The adjustments are great, just know going in it isn't sturdy. And of course no idea how well the mechanical features will hold up. I've had it only one week.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broken power base I'm still paying on In good faith, I cannot recommend Tempur-Pedic and their products. I had a power base the broke twice, leaving me to sleep on the floor while it was sorted out. They credited me with the amount I paid for the base, but my only option was the purchase a foundation that cost less than I paid for the power base. They could not refund me the remainder of the cost, so now I am stuck paying on the power base and am now using a cheaper product. Their products are not worth the price, and they could not work with me on the situation I am in.
