I feel I should share a few issues that may help others make an informed decision. 1. It is NOT returnable. Make sure you consider all the pros and cons before you purchase. 2. It will seem like heaven in the store. But in your home is not the same. 3. When put in a position to watch TV the mattress will be pushed upward and forward. if you have a nights stand you will be about 2 feet away. No turning off the lamp or putting down a glass water. You will be too far away. 4. Your mattress will shift. It will shift from side to side and from top to bottom. I had to rearrange the mattress to make the bed in the morning. If you don't think you can move the mattress back into position due to mobility issues DO NOT buy this base. 5. If you are purchasing this base in a store the salesman will not mention the base is not returnable. We purchased ours at furniture store. If we had known it was non returnable we would have given the purchase much more thought. 6. It was a significant financial investment for a retired couple on a fixed income that we regret.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Another one bites the dust Well I have been having a hard time sleeping so I bought a new bed and they talked me into a power base it was fine at first but after a few weeks it was lifting my head less and less well the cheap frame bent so I went through the hassle of the warranty process took a half day off work and it was replaced Well here I am about 8 weeks later putting the head up and bang another broken part in so sad no sleep for me

Rated 1 out of 5 by from THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THIS PRODUCT IS THE WORST The base is comfortable and a nice product when it is working . However the customer service is the worst. My base stopped working and I have been trying to get hold of the customer service for days. They have the option to have them call you back so you don't have to stay on hold but that don't call you back, if you decide to stay on hold you are on the line for half an hour and then they just end your call. I have tried to call them several times and it's always the same.

But after my husband had back surgery, we felt it was a must have for his recovery. It has been amazing. We love it. From the white glove delivery service (which was excellent) to the functionality, this is a great product. If you are in the fence, get it. The increased comfort is truly remarkable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Versatility The possibility of sitting/resting/sleeping comfortably in different positions has been great fun! The bed goes quickly and quietly from one position to another. The only surprise that I haven't liked is the pale light of the mechanism under the bed, which is soft like a night light. I'd prefer not to have it, so wish I had a way of turning it off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Ease 2.0 Adjustable frame! A few days after my Ease 2.0 was installed, I got an upper respiratory illness. Being able to raise the head up saved me from it going into bronchitis or pneumonia. It is so comfortable for watching TV before I drift off to sleep. The guys who delivered it and installed it were polite and very careful in my bedroom. Excellent service. Thank you, Tempur-Pedic!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from good but room to grow in stars [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i sleep great in the zero g . witch has a high leg lift more so than other models. this good for me. Now the bad it moves to slow for me . i wake up to go to bathroom is a problem for me,cause i wanna pop off before it goes flat. i have it at zero clearance and it slides around,so that can be fixed with few screws and whatnot ,and when the bed goes down there a sorta loud bang havent quite figured out what going on there. so in short works good but not perfect but what is. more stars is the motor were faster. prolly look to see if i cam swap the leg motor out for a faster moving one if possible

I have degenerative arthritis in my back and I'm able to adjust my legs and body to a position that is comfortable all night long. I wake feeling much less lower back pain than ever before and this is no exaggeration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The assembly was a breeze as we just had the mattresses and bases delivered to our garage because we are doing some renovations to our home. Our product was on back order for a short time. However the customer service was prompt and easy to reach. Our bed is awesome!!! The adjusting base is a must. The split king is also because my wife can be in a different position and it has no affect on my side. Hats off to the whole crew at Tempur-Pedic!

Now my husband and I don't fuss about each other raising the head of the bed (or not) like we did with a regular king adjustable. I like to stay up later. This way he can go to sleep comfortably, and I can stay up and watch tv, read, or write a review!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the split power base after my husband had surgery and couldnt lie flat to sleep. I never really thought I'd use my side much but I was wrong! I have always read in bed before sleep and relied on pillows to keep me propped up. Many nights that would cause pain in my back. With the power base I can now be in a perfect position for reading and when its time for lights out I just push a button to get me back to flat. Pretty awesome! My husband has been able to incrementally get himself back to flat sleeping and if he finds himself uncomfortable during the night he just raises his head a bit. One of the best purchases we have ever made.

You see, believe it or not, I've slept on one form of a waterbed mattress almost all of my adult life. So, even though I'm a big guy 6'5" 300+lbs I'm accustomed to a really soft bed. As I've aged mr arthritis has joined me along with the bad disc in neck and back that most people with the hobbies of my youth can expect as they age. Well, this frame has been a Godsend! The zero gravity setting has in two days released the tension in my back from over working that normally would take a week to recover from! It has also given relief from some gastroesophageal reflux after a late night dinner. I highly recommend this unit.

Plus I am going to have knee surgery in a few weeks. I had been using a stool to climb in and that wasn't going to work after surgery. We found the Ease by tempupedic is low enough to sit on and enjoy with family and we really like it. The only thing that I don't like is that the wire on the end to hold the mattress keeps coming out on one side and I can't put it back in myself.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the split king frame, I bought the basic because it was an upgrade from a normal bed. The remote is very easy to use, and it is awesome to have your own space in a shared bed to elevate at your own pace. The only issue I have seen is when you elevate the head if there is anything even lightweight overlapping the split mattress the elevation is stalled or slow to start. It also may depend on which direction you are using the remove from example: maybe you need to be sitting or laying on the bed versus I got out of bed and then tried to raise the head up.
