As for the base its simple to operate and now we can get ready for bed earlier and watch the tv in our bed by just a push of a button on the Ease. Did I mention I am 79 & my husband is 82 and it has added more comfort at just a push of a button.

I wish this base could operate with 2 remote controls, but only 1 remote can be paired with it. I would have liked the delivery guys to have spent a few extra minutes to make sure the placement of the base was accurate inside my bed frame. It rubs against the side rail on one side, and is very difficult to adjust myself.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cool product, one small annoyance Love the ease- how it can move up the head and the feet, take pressure off the lower back, etc. one small annoyance is how the sheets bunch up and wrinkle when the bed is in the upright position. I don't like that feeling against my skin. I wish the sheets could remain taught and flat, but they are only that way when the bed is flat

Rated 5 out of 5 by from game changer I have 2 degenerative spinal diseases. I was no longer able to sleep on a flat mattress of any kind as my hips tightened and sent pain down both legs. I started sleeping in my comfy recliner and had no pain, but after a few months that got old as it is narrow and you can not sleep on your side. I looked into a base that would lift the mattress at both ends so my bed would resemble my recliner. At a local furniture store I tried the EASE and loved it and bought one. Problem solved, I can now sleep in a bed again with no pain. I have been sleeping in it now for 3 weeks, still experimenting with the different positions the mattress can be put in. I only wish it had drop down rollers to move it.

Love the Zerog setting as well. Overall very happy with purchase. Only complaint, it is hard to keep fitted bottom sheets on when using adjustable base.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Kudos to my salesman, Brian, in Hartsdale, NY We purchased a new Tempur-Pedic mattress and selected the Ease 2.0 as the base. We have a an existing bed into which the Ease 2.0 was to be installed. The Ease comes with adjustable legs. The legs come in three "sections" each about 3 inches long. The idea is for the installer to remove one or two sections as necessary to cause the Ease 2.0 base to come in a the correct height for the bed. Our installer did no such thing. They simply installed the full length legs, leaving the bed much too high. We did not realize what they had done until after they left the house and by then it was too late. Or so we thought.... My wife called Brian at the store where we purchased the bed, in Hartsdale, NY about 30 minutes from our home. Brian dropped whatever else we was doing and drove right over, with a partner. Within an hour our bed was adjusted to the perfect height. Thank you Brian!! Service above and beyond the call of duty.

If anyone has had a Rotator Cuff surgery like I have, spending 6 weeks in a recliner with your arm in a sling is no fun! We have a Tempur-Pedic mattress! I did not want my wife to experience what I did! This has mad her experience so much better! We can both still be in bed together and she is very comfortable and gets a good nights sleep as do I!!!

However, it is a split king and the Ease 2.0 base does not secure the two twin mattresses together. If you roll over in the middle of the bed, you feel as if you are falling down into the crack between mattresses. Additionally, sheets are hard to get on and keep on.

I didn't need all the extras on the other models - just being able adjust the head and feet is like a dream come true. I was using 2 pillows and sometimes another under my knees, but not any more.. It works perfect for my body needs!
