Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Product [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be frank, I did not need all the fancy features that the more expensive adjustable bases offer. In the past, I have never used the massage features. So I just opted for a version that has zero gravity and allows me to adjust the head and foot areas of my bed. My only gripe is that I think the remote is too small. Besides that, the motor operates quietly and smoothly. Moreover, it quickly lifts or lowers the bed to your desired position. The base is not cheap quality. It seems robust and I am quite pleased with the look and feel of all the materials. My recommendation for prospective buyers would be to purchase this adjustable base and take the money that you do not spend on a more expensive adjustable base and put it towards a more expensive mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coordinating delivery was awful, in fact they didn't show up or contact us, showed up 2-1/2 hours late while we were out at dinner, though they hadn't left when we got home, but still managed to weasel out of actually delivering the bed on the truck. The next delivery people were fantastic. Bed works great as a flat bed, but stopped functioning as an adjustable bed after 3 light uses. I will be contacting them about that ASAP.

It was very difficult to achieve until I got the adjustable EASE base and a new Tempur Pedic mattress. I am very happy with the ability to raise both ends of the bed. I can satisfy my doctor's orders and also prevent the sliding down problem i had before getting this base. Raising my legs seems to prevent some restlessness I was experiencing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sheets and bed The sheets are great but I'm a little disappointed in the mattress because part of it feels lumpy.It's fine when it's flat but when I raise it, which is why I bought it, I have to move to the middle or right side because the left side is lumpy.

They are more expensive than most others, but they are the most comfortable. I'm sleeping better, and the difference in my back and hip pain is amazing. It was from day one, I have less pain and more energy. I would highly recommend this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pro Adapt with Ease It’s comfortable, but very soft on the edges…example, when sitting on the edge, you can slide off. After getting in bed, I feel like I’m leaning toward the edge until I move towards the middle more. The ease is really nice, being able to raise the head of the bed is great! All in all, it’s a nice bed. Because of the cost, I feel I should of shopped around more instead of going on reputation alone.

Before he had to have help. Also he is on Oxygen and makes it easier to breathe. I love it because I have a CPAP machine. Breathing better. I would highly recommend "The Ease" to everyone. So much better than sleeping flat! Should had bought it when we got mattress.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple, Easy to Use, Limited Functionality [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its fine. The Zero-Gravity position is a little weird so we don't use it much. Having a slight incline to our head and feet seems to reduce some pressure points on my shoulder and hips; however, because there is no memory function it can be hard to find the right "sweet spot" for the adjustments. I've tried the newer fancier adjustable bases and they are definitely better. This one is fine but the missing memory and the limited adjustments are my only complaints. Honestly, if you're thinking about an adjustable base, opt for one that has more fine tune controls and memory to save your favorite sleeping position(s).

It should read: Split King: 37.5W" each piece (vertically split) x 79.5L". The dimensions should be equivalent to two, Twin Long EASE which is listed as 79.5L" x 37.5W". The same type of error is in the Split CA King size.
