Rated 3 out of 5 by from Defective USB ports otherwise great! I gotta say I'm really disappointed the USB ports don't work. I know that seems petty, but I could have bought another brand for lessor $$, but decided to stick with Tempur for the brand and perceived quality. How hard can it be to test that stuff before it leaves the factory? It's more of an inconvenience than anything. Customer support was fantastic and is getting the part sent to an installer who is coming out to replace a power cable. The base itself is excellent. It's quiet and while basic in presets it's all I needed and really completes the mattress. It's a totally different mattress with a base.

It has made watching TV and reading books in bed way more comfortable and enjoyable. I upgraded from the most basic model due to a Labor Day deal. The massage feature and zero gravity function was better than expected and is nice after a long day. The under bed lights are great for when my dog wants to go outside in the middle of the night. I haven't needed to use the lumbar function much since I got a new mattress too but may be more useful as it gets older. Very happy with my purchase!

The underlighting helps keep her safe from tripping/falls in the middle of night if she gets out of bed. She has a painful lower back and sciatic nerve. The lumbar support helps provide immediate relief.

I purchased a new mattress from another company that was highly recommended and supposed to be luxurious however that has not been my experience. I was searching for a new mattress when a sales person had me try an adjustable base bed. I could immediately tell a difference with the lumbar support. He suggested I try the base and keep my existing mattress first, just to see how that would help. I have been so pleased with the base! The lumbar support is a must in my opinion and not available in just any base. I was thoroughly impressed with the set up and delivery by Tempur and believe it's 100% worth the hype!

We initially thought we would like a split king. But after a lot of review and discussion, we decided on this base and a king mattress. The base has everything we need and we love it! My husband no longer wakes me up snoring! And I love the light underneath. I like being able to see to get to the bathroom and it's not too bright. We are very happy with the base we chose.

I was planning to get the ease because I didn't need the bells and whistles but my husband was interested in the vibration feature for his sore muscles. Man am I glad we went with this one bc the vibration really is great, the lights are a nice feature as well. Well worth the money, I look forward to climbing into bed every night.

It's pretty odd to me that the bottom of the base is completely exposed, with all the wiring and components open to small children, pets and dust. Not sure why they did that. Also, pretty expensive for what you get. Seems to me, you're paying for the name, not the product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible product no recommend I do not recommend this Ergo Smart Tempur base at all. Since I bought it, I have had problems with it activating itself in the early mornings. The vibration massage function has no way to turn it off, even when disconnected from the wall. The manufacturing company and the store where I bought it are not willing to replace it. The base that I am under warranty and that definitely came with some manufacturing defect, I paid 2,000 for something that I am not enjoying and using correctly and they don't care, I don't recommend bad service and use at all.

I can't believe I went my whole life thinking a water bed was luxurious.

Unconscionable that such an expensive product would not include universal headboard brackets. Had to order post facto and as a senior had a really difficult time installing brackets after the ergo and mattress already in place. At the very least website should recommend ordering brackets such that they can be put on by white glove delivery.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed I, unfortunately, made the mistake of recycling an old bed base and buying this new one right after my mom died when I wasn't thinking properly. It cost so much money, yet I've never slept well on it. It seemed ok when I tried it out in the shop but it doesn't do much for such an expensive product. The massager is lackluster and the base is hard and uncomfortable. All I've gotten out of it is a huge bill, sleepless nights, and aches and pains. I don't recommend this product. I would have been better off keeping the old base.

I'd been struggling with elevating my recently broken ankle with a combination of pillows and props until I saw the Memorial Day sale on the adjustable Tempur-Ergo Power Base. It's just what the doctor ordered for me, and my ankle is so much better with the elevation choices to reduce my swelling. And my hubby and cat Penny heartily approve as well. Penny loves the vibration to put her to sleep and hubby loves elevating to watch movies in bed. The lighted base guides our way in the dark room without disturbing each other. The features are perfect, and I highly recommend this to anyone for a better-quality sleep experience.

We have a split king platform, with two extra long twin beds. The beds were always comfortable, but with the power base, it has even gotten better; like sleeping on a cloud. By the by, the platform is new, but the Tempur-pedic mattresses are going on 13 yrs. old and still in perfect condition. We use it with a headboard only and no bed skirt. Looks great, as is.
