With a mattress that is supposed to be very stable and absorb people bouncing around, not sure if vibration underneath it is all that special. Have tried it a number of times and for the most part is noisy and not really providing the relief you would look for in a vibration massage concept.

The range of movement, vibration, and the automatic snore adjustment are easily the best on the market. I highly recommend looking into getting one of these. The build quality is really nice too. I love that if I ever have to move it folds into something that's easily handled.

No one seems to be able to help me and they won't send out a technician to the house. I would recommend against spending way to much money for something that won't work properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've enjoyed the zero gravity setting immensely for a comfortable reading position. Having the option to elevate slightly more than that if I wish is a plus. The relief from lower back and neck pain by the various adjustments allowed for support was a huge draw for me and my husband. This is a great product and it fit comfortably within our Thuma bed frame with the highest length for leg attachments installed to sit just above the slat stops. We look forward to enjoying the Tempur-Ergo Smart Base for a long time!

When our bed is in the flat position we ask ourselves how we ever slept like this, I snore less, my back feels great, we're better rested. Thanks Tempur-Pedic!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Zero Star Company! We purchased the split base, the mattresses do not stay on the bed. Absolutely horrible. Also very uncomfortable mattress. Called during the refund period to return and they just keep saying they will pick it up. They sent us an email that they would refund everything except the shipping but now we can't get them to pick it up. They are now saying they will refund the mattresses only. But the split base is an absolute nuisance. I will be surprised if they ever show up. A month ago the email said they would call us but so far no return date. I am so beyond frustrated with this company!
