The features are great and the wireless remote works flawlessly. After experiencing this base, I wonder why I had not purchased a powerbase years ago.

We enjoy being able to lift our heads up to read and lift our feet up after being on them all day. The rumble feature is not very strong and seems to only be at the head of the bed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible product I do not recommend this Ergo Smart Tempur base at all. Since I bought it, I have had problems with it activating itself in the early mornings. The vibration massage function has no way to turn it off, even when disconnected from the wall. The manufacturing company and the store where I bought it are not willing to replace it. The base that I am under warranty and that definitely came with some manufacturing defect, I paid 2,000 for something that I am not enjoying and using correctly and they don't care, I don't recommend bad service and use at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On my 2nd night of using this bed the mattress moved 4 feet down and over a foot to the side and threw me to the floor where I suffered personal injuries. Since then, to use this bed, I have to push mattress in place and check the mattress retention bar. Defective set up of a defective product. The retention bar does not work. It was on the floor after the big mattress shift.

My base is dead and the motor on my husband's side has already needed replacement as the massage feature did not work. This is a very expensive bed and as such I am very disappointed in the quality of the base.

It is so comfortable with the Temur-Cloud mattress, I now go to be an hour early to read or watch a show. It is fully adjustable, but it has several key positions that are set with a single button push (zero-g, sleep and flat. Also a button to program your own position). I look forward to winding down in bed now too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Warranty replacement: out 175 $ for shipping I imagine the tempur ergo base will be great. At least I hope so since the alternative would be a third ease base. The first two broke in the same place. Also really great that I have to come up with my own low interest financing for the difference of this hopefully functioning base. Also really warms my bits that I'm treated to a $175 shipping charge.

I mainly wanted this because I do watch a lot of TV in bed, especially with the tempur-pedic mattress. However I was not prepared for how much it improved my sleep. I raise the legs a little, raise my head a little, and everything just sort of settles. The added bonuses (lights under the frame, massage, charging ports...USB and USB-C) are also so amazing. The massage feels like a cat purr. This review about cats and staying in bed makes me sound a little crazy, but I mean it. This thing is amazing.

Miracle! My sleeping experience and mattress performance improved greatly. It almost felt like having a new mattress. It became firmer, more stable and movements of my partner are less bothersome. I am so happy about this powerbase that I decided to buy a tempurpedic mattress as well, in order to get the full experience of a tempurpedic sleeping system. To be clear, the powerbase was enough to improve my sleep, but since the mattress is 15 years old, I thought it was worth to buy a new one and definitely it will be a tempurpedic

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped working after 4 nights Bought TEMPUR-Ergo Power Base from local Mattress Firm on Sunday, 6/4/23. It was delivered & set up on Thursday, 6/8/23. Stopped working on Monday, 6/12/23. Power box clicks when remote buttons are pushed, but nothing happens. Called customer service Tuesday, 6/13/23. Agent just had a couple of suggestions for me and none worked. She said a technician wouldn't be available until Tuesday, 6/20/23. We may just return it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my new Smart Base Well I have been a loyal customer of Tempur-pedic's for about 30 years. I bought a winter home in AZ so I now have five Tempur-pedic matresses and all my children and guests who come to stay with me either in Colorado or Arizona say my beds are more comfortable than any 5-star hotel. So the main reason I got the Smart Base was to help me in making my bed after stripping it weekly in my senior years easier! I now don't have to lift the mattress to do my hospital corners or to put on a fitted sheet. I just raise the top and bottom of the Smart Base and voila, I can make my bed with ease :) I love the lumbar support on my bed and the massages; my dogs freak out at first about the massages but they are now used to it and I think enjoy even more than I do. Thank you Tempur-pedic for always providing quality mattresses, pillows and now a Smart Base!!!!

So in addition to raising and lowering the head, foot, and lumbar areas how ever you like, this base senses you snoring and automatically adjusts without waking you. It has massage settings, night lights, Wifi connectivity, and USB ports to charge your phone or other devices. You even adjust the height of the base to put things under the bed or make it easier to get in and out of bed. No buyers remorse for us.

I recently invested in an adjustable base as I was recovering from foot surgery. I absolutely love it! The nightlight under the bed is so practice and offers enough light to make your way to the bathroom but not enough to keep you awake. Being able to adjust the foot and head of the bed separately is the only way to go. It not only assisted with recovery, but if you're ever congested or coughing, you'll actually get some sleep. It was worth every penny for a more comfortable sleep.

During the second week, the vibration feature stopped working. I only used it about 3 times. I called customer support and they were great. They contacted their repair people. They called me and setup up an appointment to get it fix. They brought the motor with them, but it was working fine. They said it was a mother board chip (..???) So he didn't have part to fix it. So he has to come back next week. I know it will start working again, and all the other features are working perfectly. I'm just kind of worried how long this base will hold up.

Even the snore function has help according to my wife. My dog thinks its comfortable too. He used to never sleep on our bed, now he sleeps on the Tempur-Pedic all morning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing bed frame for those with arthritis [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband was injured in Iraq and sustained multiple injuries and now uses a wheelchair and prosthetic legs to get around. This bedframe (along with our tempurledic mattress) really help him get in and out of bed more independently. We were able to set the frame at a level he can transfer in and out of his wheelchair with no problems. The adjustable base is AMAZING. It's nice to be able to adjust to different levels for each sleeper. Plus- after long days it's nice to be able to put your feet up!!! 10/10 would buy again!!!
