Rated 4 out of 5 by from The power base takes some getting used to The power base has some nice options like the ergo position but we still lie the bed straight to sleep. It's great to push the head up for reading but then the mattress moves and has to be readjusted. I think it just takes some getting used to. Overall it's good, we just aren't using it much yet.

I honestly wish I would have just done the split option and higher model though, as we are living the options and I hate having to wake the controller holder up to move positioning of the bed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product, poor "white glove" delivery service [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered the bed on 12/5. Original delivery on 12/20. Immediately upon arrival the delivery team advised over and over it would not fit up my interior staircase. They kept asking me what I wanted to do without ever taking the bed off the truck or trying. I said if you're certain it would fit then I cannot keep it. Contacted the team and they advise that is not how it works and they rescheduled delivery. Took another month before they came back. Same delivery team giving me attitude about "trying again here." They almost quit trying before I had to get assertive to tell them to do their job and even offer to help get it upstairs. I ended up doing more of the delivery portion MYSELF. After they left I had to readjust and tighten the bed legs and remove the trash they were supposed to clean and remove. I love the mattress but the delivery experience was pathetic. No one offered any compensation for the experience which is what they boost about. If you order get ready to see lazy delivery team.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nothing But Nightmares Worst customer service experience of my life. I purchased an adjustable base in 2022. It has not worked properly since day 1. The massage motors squeak like a loose wheel on a shopping cart. Customer service has been atrocious. The technicians that are sent to repair bases are contracted out through third parties, so I got local TV repair company's employee to come here and replace the wrong part. Twice. I have been back and forth with customer service for over a year now. They finally offered to replace my unit however they no longer make the base I purchased. I was offered one equal in value, but not in features. I all but begged customer service to reconsider and to please replace it with the appropriate unit. I was very easily denied. So I tried a third and fourth time. The technician has canceled and rescheduled and called out sick for the last six weeks. I'm sitting here at 3:45am writing a review listening to the squeaks and knocks of my broken base knowing I have to let others know that if you are unfortunate enough to get a faulty unit, return or exchange it immediately because customer service will not look out for you.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A lot of rattling and two warranty replacements haven't help We bought this largely because of the vibrating base, but it has rattled loudly from the first week we bought it over a year ago. We've had the vibration motors replaced twice now, and it worse than ever. A third attempt is being made in the next few weeks; this time replacing the entire base. It's great that the company is honoring their warranty and attempting to fixt this, but not so good that for the fairly high cost of the product, it has never been right for 15 months now.

The mattresses served us well and continue to do so, providing comfortable sleep and adjustability. However, we wanted more options in our bases and purchased the Tempur-Ergo Power Bases, and what a great step forward in options for sleeping. We are very pleased with the purchase and would do it again!

The Power source failed so they will not sell me a new one unless you pay for a tech to deliver and plug it in... in which case it cost more than the part. How ludicrous and deceitful is that... A technician to plug in two actuator plugs, one power cord and maybe program the remote. Pathetic!!!!! I'll never buy another product from them....Period.

I was kind of hoping it would allow me to raise my knees higher than my feet, but it doesn't seem to do that. However, I am still very comfortable watching TV with the back in an upright position.

The mattress also needs to be slid back into place each morning. I am a tosser and turner but never had this issue with any mattress/box spring combo.

We've enjoyed experimenting with different settings for sleep, TV watching, and stuff.. The built in under-lighting is not too bright where it impedes sleep, but provides enough glow to see around the bed / immediate area at night. Massage mode is not a substitute for an actual massage or massaging machine but it's quite enjoyable. Overall, great product!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dissatisfied customer service. I purchased My Tempur-Pedic from Ashleys furniture late October 2023. The base massager did not function properly, I was given a replacement from Ashleys furniture, unfortunately this was not the resolve. Today is December 15, 2023, I am still dealing with the issue. I got passed over to the Tempur customer service. On two occasions I spoke with Noelle, and this week to Sarah. They are great in their customer service roll. However, I was told by the 2nd CSR that the part that they ordered for my bed is on backorder until February 2024!!! I was given the techs number and after 2 calls he finally returned mine, he did not tell me that my part was on backorder even, so I was told by Sarah he has that information! this is absolutely ridiculous. If you are an existing customer, you are aware that this is an expensive bed. Even so there has not been an actual technician come to check out or attempt to service my base to see if this the actual part I need for the massager, or the possibility of an inaccurate wire set up by Ashleys delivery team is profound. Everything thing is done by phone assistance from out of state CSR to say the least it is frustrating as a consumer. I have a GREAT regret in purchasing this product. At best they could resolve my issue by replacing my base and making certain it works properly before delivery. Why must a customer be subjected to such horrible customer service? I do not recommend this product or company. Their problem solving is a team that strokes you with a blanket email.

It works great with my mattress and helps me to sleep comfortably. It's need my upper body slightly elevated and this frame does the trick. It is easy to use and set-up was quick and easy.

My wife watches TV and reads in bed so the head and foot tilt comes in handy. Can be set up in two heights for under bed storage. Has usb chargers and under bed lighting. Also has a massage function . There are brackets that can be purchased to add head and foot boards.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 2nd Tempur-Pedic Mattress & PowerBase, after 20 years we decided to get one of the NEW Ones, and WOW ! What a difference.. The New Tempur -Ergo Power Base is so quiet and so nice, and our New ProBreeze Cooling mattress is AWESOME. We thought our old one was good BUT this NEW one is AMAZING ! BEST SLEEP EVER !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested this power base (bed frame) at a Tempur-Pedic showroom and knew that I needed it. I've now been using it for about a month and I am so very pleased. Being able to elevate my head and feet (to the levels that I need) has helped to ease up my back and bilateral leg/knee chronic pain. It is also great that there are different bed-frame leg heights because I was able to get the ones that are best for me (not too low or too high) - - making getting out of bed far easier (and safer) too.
