Rated 3 out of 5 by from Overall great, just one thing... I bought a king size bed along with the ergo power base. I have had both for about a month now. During the second week, the vibration feature stopped working. I only used it about 3 times. I called customer support and they were great. They contacted their repair people. They called me and setup up an appointment to get it fix. They brought the motor with them, but it was working fine. They said it was a mother board chip (..???) So he didn't have part to fix it. So he has to come back next week. I know it will start working again, and all the other features are working perfectly. I'm just kind of worried how long this base will hold up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect except one thing Only complaint is the massage motor is terrible. When on, it's very sporadic, so it's more annoying than relaxing. It was like this since the start. They sent someone that replaced both the control box and the motor and it made no difference.

Even the snore function has help according to my wife. My dog thinks its comfortable too. He used to never sleep on our bed, now he sleeps on the Tempur-Pedic all morning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing bed frame for those with arthritis [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband was injured in Iraq and sustained multiple injuries and now uses a wheelchair and prosthetic legs to get around. This bedframe (along with our tempurledic mattress) really help him get in and out of bed more independently. We were able to set the frame at a level he can transfer in and out of his wheelchair with no problems. The adjustable base is AMAZING. It's nice to be able to adjust to different levels for each sleeper. Plus- after long days it's nice to be able to put your feet up!!! 10/10 would buy again!!!

We both suffer from chronic pain and are disabled veterans. The amount of metal we both contain in our body... having the ability to adjust each of our sides to our own comfort has made a huge impact on our pain levels. A good nights rest does the mind and body so much good! Take the plunge! Spend the extra money! It is worth every penny!

I would wake up with a sore back and aches, thought I was just getting old from hard work, but after sleeping in my Tempur-pedic for the last few weeks. I feel absolutely no pain soreness when I wake up my back hasn't felt this good in 10 years was worth every penny I probably would've paid more if I knew I could feel like this. This bed is so comfortable cradles you like a baby you don't even need a pillow for this bed. It's so comfortable. Can't believe I went my whole life without one. The Smart base is just a huge bonus I mean, who sleeps on a flat bed anymore and the massage is great. Can't believe how good it feels. The snore detection is so cool and love how you can control everything from your phone with the Tempur-pedic app it's so cool plus tracks all the same stuff your Apple Watch does when you sleep. I find it a lot more convenient instead of wearing my watch to bed. plus I love bragging about it to all my friends

It was a first class installation with professional individuals. The Smart Base provides a multitude of comfortable adjustments for sleeping, reading watching television, or just relaxing while it vibrates. I sleep with a CPAP and the slight elevation of the head helps tremendously. Finally, it is very convenient to raise the head and the foot of the bed when changing the sheets. No more having to lift a mattress in order to fit the bottom sheet. Absolutely love the base.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Defective USB ports otherwise great! I gotta say I'm really disappointed the USB ports don't work. I know that seems petty, but I could have bought another brand for lessor $$, but decided to stick with Tempur for the brand and perceived quality. How hard can it be to test that stuff before it leaves the factory? It's more of an inconvenience than anything. Customer support was fantastic and is getting the part sent to an installer who is coming out to replace a power cable. The base itself is excellent. It's quiet and while basic in presets it's all I needed and really completes the mattress. It's a totally different mattress with a base.

It has made watching TV and reading books in bed way more comfortable and enjoyable. I upgraded from the most basic model due to a Labor Day deal. The massage feature and zero gravity function was better than expected and is nice after a long day. The under bed lights are great for when my dog wants to go outside in the middle of the night. I haven't needed to use the lumbar function much since I got a new mattress too but may be more useful as it gets older. Very happy with my purchase!

The underlighting helps keep her safe from tripping/falls in the middle of night if she gets out of bed. She has a painful lower back and sciatic nerve. The lumbar support helps provide immediate relief.

I had to prop up my pillows to angle my neck and shoulders so that the acid reflux wouldn't flare up. I woke up with neck and back pain every morning. Not anymore. My Ergo Smart base is a life saver. No more neck pain and I am sleeping very comfortably throughout the night.

I purchased a new mattress from another company that was highly recommended and supposed to be luxurious however that has not been my experience. I was searching for a new mattress when a sales person had me try an adjustable base bed. I could immediately tell a difference with the lumbar support. He suggested I try the base and keep my existing mattress first, just to see how that would help. I have been so pleased with the base! The lumbar support is a must in my opinion and not available in just any base. I was thoroughly impressed with the set up and delivery by Tempur and believe it's 100% worth the hype!
