My dreams came true and I received this Tempurpedic Luxe Breeze Soft & Smart Base complimentary from Bzzagent and Tempurpedic. I absolutely love everything about this mattress and base! I am nearing my 40s and have back issues as well as hot flashes from early menopause so the lumbar support and cooling technology is what first spoke to me when starting to sleep in this new bed. I could have never asked to test out a more amazing mattress and frame! The Tempur-Ergo Smart Base is the 2nd most advanced base that Tempurpedic has and had lumbar support which I'm obsessed with! I have always had lower back and leg pain, since receiving this bed I have been waking up and making it through the day pretty much pain free. The lumbar support of this bed can raise 6" so it's adjustable for everyone. This frame comes with a remote to adjust the head, foot,and lumbar as well as three vibration modes, a light underneath and even can track your sleep! How freaking cool! I had to delete a lot of stuff off my phone to be able to download the companion app to use the Sleeptracker-Ai technology, so currently I am still learning how to use it and see how it can really take my sleep to the next level. I can tell you that since my hubby and I started sleeping on this mattress and base, we have both been waking up refreshed and pain free, and neither of us has heard the other snore. Now that I have had a taste of the best Tempurpedic has to offer I will never turn back!

Make you want to spend a bit more time on the bed than on less comfy furniture! The sleep analysis features have been a perk. And the lights and chargers add to the usefulness. We'd love if the snore detector was a bit more customizable to accommodate partner sleeping and probably works better with a split-version bed.

We upgraded to help with my husband's snoring which I believe has gotten worse since buying this base/mattress. We've had it a month & I have yet to sleep 1 full night in it. It doesn't sense his snoring which it promised to do. Trying to sleep in"zero gravity" is unrealistic & it's not meant for side sleepers. Waste of money.

Even after delivery and installation, I doubted that I would be using it much. But, oh did it change my mind! Not only it has convenient features, but for health reasons it has served me very well. I actually use it every night and I sleep like a baby -something I haven't done in years. I strongly recommende it.

What a mistake that would have been. Well worth the money. Zero gravity mode is a life changer. Sleep tracker app is really helpful, it tells me when I should go to bed and gives me a detailed summary of my nights sleep hour by hour with easy to read line graphs and pie charts. It even tells me when I was snoring. Massage is nice but wish I got the higher model with the wind down feature now.

Folks don't waste your money! Bed is great...customer service is horrible. I bought the Split King. It was missing a full leg (one twin bed had 5 legs and one had 6) and the connecting straps were also missing so the split king is really just two twin beds that keep separating. Back to the horrible customer service. I called twice and sat on the line for over an hour; finally asked to have my place held with a call back but no call backs. I logged online and opened a ticket for the missing items. Next I was basically told that there delivery people would not have missing a leg and I needed to send pictures of the bed with the missing leg and strap. Even this was not enough and I was now being told I had to call the same number I called twice before with no answer.. One I said I already called and no one calls back, they then said I would need to go online and order these items again!! Even after I just spent almost $4,000 for the base alone. Finally after 10 emails and two phone calls they said they would reship the one leg and connection strap in 2-3 days. A week later nothing so I emailed again. Finally received a whole bag of legs even though I was only missing one. Still no connecting straps were sent. I am in the market to purchase one more bed for my mother in law but it will not be a Temperpedic! Save your time, money and hassle....go with Nectar, Ghost or Svens. All have a money back guarantee- something Temperpedic does not have!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Didnt Think I Needed It! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from some pretty serious lower back problems coupled with some sinus issues. What this leads to is a fun conundrum where I need to sleep flat on my back for the back pain but cant sleep on my back because I will stop breathing at night... When the TEMPUR-Ergo showed up I was skeptical since I would again be faced with sleeping on my back and forced to stay there with the angles this frame allows. The unpacking process is a bit tricky and required two people, made worse by us fitting it inside of our existing bed frame, but once in place it felt solid and sturdy. Once in place, plugged in and fired up, I set the frame in the "Zero-G" mode and just laid on it for a few minutes with my phone. After a bit, I stood up and realized that my lower back felt absolutely fantastic! With that little discovery I was pretty excited to try sleeping on it that night. I will admit it took a few days to get used to the new sleeping position, but once I did, maaaaaaaan what a wonderful nights sleep I got. My lower back pain was reduced significantly and I didnt choke to death in my sleep so I think I may have found a winner! The only complaint I had.... While the lights under the frame are silly, they can easily be turned off... The light at the foot of the bed however... is extremely bright. But the plug for it is located just behind it so it was a simple matter of just unplugging the lights.

It was the best anniversary gift to each other- it was an investment in our relationship. One base has an irregular vibration pattern, but still works.

The moveable base allows me to have a custom sleep experience as well as a custom relax experience. From watching tv to reading a book and beyond. I don't think I'll ever go back to a regular bed. Now if hotels could get these - travel would be even better :)

It helps me sleep better and I wake up with aches or pains. The head and feet can adjust to your liking and also there is a middle one for your back that can help. It has a massage button which it vibrates its cool. I like it and think it's a big game changer

The sleep-tracking app is really good. I use the vibration mode for my alarm. It's much less jolting than an alarm. We have a non-Tempur-Pedic mattress and it works fine.

This is my first adjustable bed and I love all of the options on the remote to adjust the bed, turn on massage settings, and even under the bed lighting. I'm using the SleepTracker AI app with this and my sleep quality has been great and definitely much improved since I started sleeping on my new bed about a month ago.

Being able to snuggle next to my wife and watch a movie from the comfort of our bed has been amazing. While sleeping this bed auto adjusts if one of us begins to snore. I never liked sleeping flat on my back, now I don't need 10 pillows to get comfortable. The sleep tracker app is amazing too.

I remember the feeling for months and one day I thought : we spend 40% of our life in bed . Why do I need to sleep in mediocre mattress? I visited tempur store in coral gable Florida and I chose my favorite one. I can tell one thing : it was the best decision on my life !!! Also I snore so the technology of this bed keep pushing high the bed when sleeping and my wife is super happy !!! Thank you

I don't have trouble falling asleep anymore and feel rested waking up. My favorite setting is the zero gravity. I suffer with chronic pain/arthritis and the zero gravity setting helps with pressure points.
