I read the reviews about great customer service and don't know where that came from. I literally called 5 times and could not get a single person live online. The bed is fine, but was pricey and to spend that much for a bed and not be able to speak with anyone live a disgrace. If you're going to by this bed don't do it directly with them. Buy from someone who you can speak with live.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ability for us to change our bed positions has changed our night's sleep for the better. I snore less and she has not been waking me up or tugging on my pillow trying to get me to stop snoring. My wife no longer has to worry about her restless legs moving and shaking all night long. Having the ability to adjust the bed position has improved our relationship and our night's sleep.

The sleep metrics aren't really accurate on my sleep quality. The installer wasn't helpful and I had to call support to get app to link. I'm not overly impressed with the mattress or the technology. I'm thinking to send it back as it's way over priced for the quality.

She loves the zero gravity & various massage settings. Lumbar support is also very comfortable for her! It's easy for her to adjust throughout the night & sleep tracker on her phone is also a major plus. Would highly recommend for those who have trouble sleeping and/or painful to lay on a flat mattress! I plan to get one for myself next time I need a new mattress & frame.

I would wake up with a sore back and aches, thought I was just getting old from hard work, but after sleeping in my Tempur-pedic for the last few weeks. I feel absolutely no pain soreness when I wake up my back hasn't felt this good in 10 years was worth every penny I probably would've paid more if I knew I could feel like this. This bed is so comfortable cradles you like a baby you don't even need a pillow for this bed. It's so comfortable. Can't believe I went my whole life without one. The Smart base is just a huge bonus I mean, who sleeps on a flat bed anymore and the massage is great. Can't believe how good it feels. The snore detection is so cool and love how you can control everything from your phone with the Tempur-pedic app it's so cool plus tracks all the same stuff your Apple Watch does when you sleep. I find it a lot more convenient instead of wearing my watch to bed. plus I love bragging about it to all my friends

It was a first class installation with professional individuals. The Smart Base provides a multitude of comfortable adjustments for sleeping, reading watching television, or just relaxing while it vibrates. I sleep with a CPAP and the slight elevation of the head helps tremendously. Finally, it is very convenient to raise the head and the foot of the bed when changing the sheets. No more having to lift a mattress in order to fit the bottom sheet. Absolutely love the base.

I had to prop up my pillows to angle my neck and shoulders so that the acid reflux wouldn't flare up. I woke up with neck and back pain every morning. Not anymore. My Ergo Smart base is a life saver. No more neck pain and I am sleeping very comfortably throughout the night.

So regret buying this. Not really a smart base. Worst purchase of my life. Waste of my money on this. It doesn't adjust when I snore. Trust me don't buy it. The mattress move when I turn.

Being able to lift the feet and head position really relieves the pressure. Also, I like the nightlight feature. I will say, though, the sleeptracker feature is overrated. I haven't found it to be very helpful in getting tips to sleep better. It just tells you how well you slept.
