Rated 3 out of 5 by from Comfortable But Hot I find the mattress comfortable when sleeping on my side or back and there is reduce motion transfer, still some but it's pretty good there. Let me start by saying I am not a hot sleeper and have never been. My husband and I both find you get hot spots where the mattress grid seems to collapse under the weight of your body like under your hips or torso. As a result you wake up sweaty and hot multiple times in the night. It cools quickly once the weight is off of it and I find myself doing planks throughout the night to stay cool. Not something you want to do in the middle of the night. I thought it was my mattress protector so o have tried a few different ones and have confirmed it is definitely the mattress. Looking for a topper to created a barrier and hopefully solve this issue.

Ive been using this for a month now, it was great at first. But now my weight is not evenly distributed. I always sink to the right side.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Enthusiastically conscripted to the cult of Purple The first week or so took some getting used to. Now, I sleep through the night almost every night. This mattress does an incredible job of keeping me cool and cushioning my painful joints, and as a result, I'm sleeping far more restfully and I feel better during the day. My dog loves it. My cats love it. My husband loves it. I will definitely be recommending it to family and friends who are in the market.

I Loved the ease of putting it together, I even bought a headboard for the guest room, will definitely buy one for my bedroom. This bed felt great, I actually woke up with less body aches, a BIG plus in my opinion.

The mattresses I've had before my Purple mattress made my pain worse. My Purple mattress is so comfortable and doesn't make me feel like I got in a fight when I wake up. For me this mattress is the best ever I would recommend this mattress to anyone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for back sleepers I found the bed to be comfortable when sleeping on my back. I do sleep on my side as well and noticed my shoulders would hurt or my arm would go numb. My guess is that the bed is too firm. It's still a really good bed and I'm hoping that with time I can just get used to sleeping on my side.

Originally we got the New Day mattress and it was like sleeping on plywood, way too hard, no give if you're a side sleeper. I'm only annoyed Purple keeps asking me to review and rate and won't let me unsubscribe from emails. So here's your review.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too firm, nothing like in the showroom I really wanted to love this mattress, I LOVED the one in the Purple showroom. Unfortunately, the one that was delivered was way more firm than the one I tried in store. I decided to give it a month to see if it would soften up and/or my body would adjust, but it never softened. I even went back to the showroom to try it again to make sure I wasn't going crazy. I am convinced there is a defect with our mattress and I was hoping to exchange for a new mattress of the same type, but they would only allow a return or an exchange to a different mattress. Unfortunately I did not want to spend even more money, so I have started the return process. I am disappointed with my experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Want to love I bought the Purple Restore Premier, soft queen. I am a side sleeper, sometimes back, 115 lbs. I need something soft. This one was recommended to me. Side sleeping was good. Sitting on the bed (for reading or tv watching) was good. But, back sleeping was uncomfortable. I was also tossing and turning and did not sleep well. The mattress also sleeps warm. Odd for me to even mention that because I love being really warm! Unfortunately, I decided to return this mattress. For the price paid, I feel like I should get better sleep and feel like "Ahh" when I go to bed. I would like this bed a bit softer, less warm and to be 60x80 (as advertised. Mine was nowhere near that! I think it was almost 60X77. If it was a lot less money, I would keep it, but when a mattress is that much, you expect a certain comfort level.
