Rated 1 out of 5 by from Back Pain & Sagging We have had the mattress for ~2 years is all and it is sagging bad already and doesn't provide support. Tried the '10 yr' warranty but they denied it (Picture attached) Sag is much worse with body.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I would not recommend this product for longevity I am on my 6th year of owning the mattress and now I am starting to get back pain when sleeping on certain parts of the bed. Warranty denied my claim and the process is based on pictures and does not capture the lack of integrity of the mattress. I now sleep in my guest bedroom.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Shoulder and Hip alignment is the real deal I've had trouble falling asleep my entire life, but not anymore. I bought the Purple Plus around 4-6 weeks ago, it changed the way I felt when I woke up from the very first night. I purposely waited this long to leave a review until I saw the lasting effects. Like I said I've had trouble falling asleep my entire life, I would be dozing off in a chair next to bed and then get in the bed and wait 30-60 minutes to actually fall asleep. If just went straight to the bed I would end up tossing and turning for hours. From the very first night I fell asleep in less than 5min. And, it's continuing every single night, not once have I gotten in that bed and been awake longer than 5min. The shoulder and hip relief is real!!! I used wake up every morning with messed up lower back and neck pain. Also, from the first night sleeping on this mattress I woke pain free. At first it felt weird, my legs felt higher than they normally were. But, before I could really think about I was asleep. I've woke up every morning pain free since. I wouldn't give up this mattress for anything!!! I've went to sleep faster, got better sleep than I ever have in my life, and let's not forget waking up pain free. This the most expensive mattress I've bought in my life, and it is worth every penny.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We love it, great for hip pain It really does measure up. We were putting off spending the money but my hip pain became so bad, I knew SOMETHING needed to change. Knowing someone who has a Purple of their own, they swore by it, so we wanted to try. No regrets at all! Within the first week my hip pain decreased and we were sleeping better. Hip pain is still around after a couple months but very notable decreased, which is really more than I could have asked or hoped for- I can even sleep on my bad hip again which I wasn't able to do for months and months. My partner also loves it and sleeps far better, always saying how awesome the new bed is. As well as sleeping, lounging in bed is finally tolerable and not painful. Sitting on our old mattress used to hurt instantly and now on my Purple I can be comfortable for hours. This is our genuine experience, no incentive to write this but I just seriously recommend a Purple for anyone who was in similar daily and nightly pain from their hip.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best mattress ever I got my purple mattress 7 years ago, and ever since I can't wait to get home from a trip so that I can sleep in my own bed. This product is just amazing! After 7 years I noticed some sagging, and the wife started complain about some minor discomfort. Reached out to purple and submitted a warranty claim, and I got a brand new mattress. The process was smooth and straight forward. I'm still in love with my purple mattress and I applaud the company for their warranty handling process!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't last 2 years We purchased this less than 2 years ago. It is now collapsed in/indented in so much that when you put your hand on it the rubber just folds in. In order to claim the warranty they want you to take an entire set of photos which I have a newborn baby and don't have time to take my bed apart and get each specific photo that they require. So thought I would leave a review really quick. For the price I expected it to last way longer than under 2 years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lasting Quality and Comfort We purchased our Purple a few years ago even though we really couldn't afford it on fixed income. Best "illogical" decision we've made! We're unintentionally hard on our furniture but Purple holds up like new. The lack of motion transfer is greatly appreciated by us and our furfriends! (Ad idea: Large husky people plop on bed after differing hours of hard work yet bunnies remain nonplussed. Based on our true story.) The design also seems prohibitive to fleas: I wouldn't claim repellent but definitely more resistant than any other mattress available. It also makes our varying schedules much easier to manage as one of us being active doesn't disturb the other's needed rest. Bottom line: The cost seems high initially but Purple is worth the investment. (Remember when things were built to last a lifetime or more? Regardless if you do or not, Purple mattresses are made with this quality.) Initial expenditure far exceeded by quality, longevity and other unexpected benefits.
