Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great upgrade from a regular mattress The wife and I decided to get a new mattress after many years. We have had it about a month so far and we have enjoyed it. We side sleep a bunch and, so far, we feel good when we wake up. I don't think it helps with snoring, so I've heard, but you can't win them all lol. The set up went pretty well. I did it solo, but wrestling a queen size was no joke for me being on the smaller size. I did watch the Fed Ex guy who delivered it struggle with it to drag it to the garage, so I felt bad for having it delivered by a single person. The bag that it comes in was nice and heavy duty, so even after being dragged a bit it didn't hurt anything. The base was easy to set up and seems very sturdy. Overall we are happy with our purchase!

Purple basically washes their hands of the customer the minute the credit card is charged. Within 3 months we purchased 2 Purple mattresses in two different cities. Both times the delivery experience was so bad that I cannot recommend Purple. They gifted us purple items for our trouble. That was nice. But I wouldn't go through it again. Instead, I'll shop where I am more certain of customer service satisfaction through delivery.

My wife on the other hand is a side sleeper and has been getting constant hip and back pain. If you are a back sleeper id recommend it,but if you side sleep id pick something else.

We love our mattress is perfect, and exactly what we needed to replace our old one. back pain came to an end after we try this mattress. The king size is so comfortable, the mattress's temperature is always cool and soft enough. We will definitely recommend this Purple to our family and friends.
