Rated 1 out of 5 by from I HATE IT I started having problems on day 3 of receiving my brand new bed and contacted Purple via email 3 times and no one has responded. You would think that such an expensive mattress would generate better customer service but I obviously was wrong. As of Jan. 11, 2024, I'm still trying to return this thing! Also the sizes of the mattress is way smaller than what is advertised, not even close to what it's supposed to be.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best mattress I've ever had. My wife has cancer and we've been married since April 2024. I entered her life in 2021 just as it was diagnosed. She had an older pillow top mattress that we tolerated. I bought this purple mattress to provide more comfort since she's advanced MBC. She loves it! Although it's an expensive mattress, it's been well worth it. Purchased through Affirm so it's paying off over several months. Just wanted to make her last few months more comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally back to normal! We upgraded bedroom furniture to king size and decided to try a different mattress brand. It's has been a year, but we decided to get rid of the other brand and move back to Purple! Back to normal and we're finally sleeping normally again!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What a waste of money!! This is the worst thing I've ever bought. Every hour I would be wide awake my back hurt neck and shoulders. It's not a cooling mattress it's a heating pad!! I don't know who you pay to say this is great but I don't even want to give you one star! Crap! Crap! Crap! My two inch foam mattress I use for camping is more comfortable than this mattress

I was worried it might be uncomfortable being on the lower end of their line. But it's completely wonderful. Best purchase! Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No more tossing and turning I have slept on a latex mattress for the past 15 years, but had multiple flare ups in my back and hip from an old car accident injury. I decided it was time for a new mattress and Purple taking my HSA card made it a lot easier to make the decision. It took about a week of impatiently waiting and checking the tracking number multiple times, but it finally arrived! Unfortunately the delivery driver decided not to make the effort to bring it up the 5 steps to the door. I wasn't paying attention to the product weight, but this thing is HEAVY!! The Purple Plus queen size mattress delivery weight is over 100 pounds! I'm a single female with back issues. Getting it into the house, moving the old mattress and finally getting the new mattress on the frame takes 2 people, so be prepared single ladies! The first few nights took some getting used to, but ultimately after about a month I feel like I've "broken it in". I can't remember the last time I slept through a whole night without waking up. I feel more energized with less aches and pains in my back and hip. Falling asleep faster and getting better quality sleep. While the delivery process was not ideal, but new mattress was a fantastic purchase.
