Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would buy this mattress over and over again! My fiancé and I shopped around for mattresses for a long time before finally taking the plunge on this one. He moves around a lot but is primarily a back sleeper, and I am a side and stomach sleeper. Our old mattress had dips where we slept and was overdue for being replaced. My fiancé started to get bad lower back pain and with this new mattress, it's gone! It's somewhat bouncy which was an adjustment for us coming from pure memory foam, but we both love it. We have only have it for about 2 weeks but we are super happy with it. Investing into a good mattress was easy since if anything goes wrong, we have 100 nights to return it, and a 10 year warranty. Shipping was easy and fairly quick, it took about a week. Our Sphynx cat usually splits his time between his heated house and sleeping between us, but he has slept with us every night since we got this mattress so I'd say it's approved by him too ;) My parents have this same mattress and they love it as well! Just buy it already!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect for a back-sleeper...a tad firm for a side-sleeper I can tell this is a quality mattress. It's soft, but supportive. I was having lower back pain due to our old, sagging mattress. That has gone away. I also tend to sleep hot, and this mattress helps me sleep cooler. I would give it 5 stars if I were a back sleeper. I mostly sleep on my side, and I find it just a tad firm for me. I still toss and turn throughout the night and even have my arm go numb occasionally. I'm not sure that I could find anything softer that still offers support, though.

The mattress arrived sooner than anticipated, and the unpacking process was a breeze. Within minutes, the mattress was ready for use, and there were no unpleasant odors. Since the first night, sleeping on this mattress has been a delight.

I have the purple pillows that are beyond amazing. The grid base would be very comfortable if it were softer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Misleading firmness and poor return transparency I took the quiz to make sure the firmness but would be the most ideal for my back and side sleeping, it said this would be a good fit. Wrong! I was already dealing with back & neck issues, it's sagginess and indents worsened them. Then, I had read review responses from Purple that they could do a free return. You have to pay $150 to return or exchange the mattress (plus taxes, which they ALSO didn't disclose upfront).

I originally wanted to get the original Purple mattress but after chatting with Purple's expert she talked me into the Plus. I am contemplating returning it for the Original. I'll give it a little more time. I was so hoping for better night's sleep.

My husband is such a hot sleeper and so are my kids and they finally don't sweat all over me! I actually get too cold sometimes with this mattress but I wouldn't change it!
