Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste you money We bought this mattress less than 2 years ago, within a couple of months it started to get a hump in the middle of the bed, it is very uncomfortable and when the bed is made it looks just awful with this bump!We paid quite a bit for this mattress and never expected such poor quality from Beautyrest!

Again, another defect in BB Black Series one chosen from previous other hybrid too soft..this seems better per store try-on not nearly as good as another expensive brand but AGAIN have to have a redelivery due to close inspection of holes from dimples on top to hold top down sewn with white thread clearly rips from the same or ? Called for new replacement. Very tired of buying mattresses within price range that don't compare in quality to higher end brands, unfortunately.

We tried that & the pillow top one on the beautyrest side that they have set up in the store. We fell in love with the pillow top one but it was out of our budget! We had already picked out a different bed but the sales rep. had showed us the series 3 one. My husband got approved for a good amount loan for a new bed. We desperately needed one. They delivered it to us March 4, 2025. We have had the bed for less than a week & our sleeping has not gotten any better at all. I have a bad back as it is & now we are going to have to find something else. This bed was nice in stores. But once we got it set up & have slept in it a few times now over the past few days, it has been hurting my back & my husbands back terribly. This isn’t a bed aid recommend to someone else unless they like firm beds.
