There is no edge support, if you are not in the center of the mattress you will slide off, and this is the extra firm model. I wake up with back and hip pain daily. I had to add a memory foam cover because it was cutting into my shoulders. Do not recommend. Too expensive for what it is. My 14 year old beauty rest is much more comfortable, and sleeping in the floor is more comfortable than this mattress. Not sure what happened to this company and the quality of its products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Supportive mattress Sleepless and had aches and pains for a couple of years. Visited a friend's house for a week and slept the entire night. Discovered it was a 2011 beautyrest linden firm. After that I determined to find another firm mattress for my bed. So far so good!
