The first mattress I had for 15 years and it was amazing. Due the mattress age, I decided it was time for an upgrade. The Adapt mattress is pure bliss. I have had the best sleep of my life in the mattress and would tell anyone and everyone to buy it.

I did my homework, jumped from Store to Store looking at my options, every sales rep explained the benefits of the Tempur-Pedic, I was like the Tree bears trying to figure out which mattress would fit me. I only had one more chance, so I had to make it work! I was Very reluctant to purchase, I choose the ADAPT med Hybrid. I received it on the 15 of April, 2023 and what a difference!!!! My back and hips felt amazing . Getting up was such a pleasure and a Great night sleep was the best gift ever!!! Now I need a pillow .

The massage and zero gravity features are great especially when you're feeling tired. So far we've been using the bed for almost a month now and I don't find anything wrong with it. It's comfortable and easy to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleep so great! This bed is so comfortable! I've been sleeping on it for about two months now and not once did I wake up with a sore back. It's very supportive. My only negatives: 1) Break in period. The first night I thought for sure this bed would have to go back. It was so hard. Each night got better and after 2-3 weeks it was much softer and like a new bed. 2) It does sleep warm. I'm a warm sleeper anyway so this would be my biggest complaint. I've had to lower my room temp to 60-62F and use a light blanket. Hopefully come summertime this is not a problem.

However this mattress is not for us. The mattress support is inconsistent making it feel lumpy. We almost feel like we are slumping towards the middle of the bed. We have concluded that it is too soft as we are mostly side sleepers. We will be returning it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very comfortable; slightly too much flex at edges [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress is so comfortable- it's firm yet feels soft like it conforms to your body shape, providing stability and support. My only critique is that if you sit on the edge of the mattress it has no support at all, bending and not supporting weight. For example, putting on my socks in the morning - if I sit on the side of bed the mattress has too much "give" or flexibility- but when I'm sleeping more center of the mattress it's absolutely perfect.

The amount of money you spend on this mattress is not worth it at all!!! Their customer service absolutely sucks!!! I would not recommend them at all! I have a warranty on my mattress and they won't honor it. Just a complete waist of money!!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Does not hold up as well as cheeper product I've owned my Adapt for a little less than 3 years. It is currently sitting on a support system rated to hold up under 500 pounds on each side. The mattress has gone nearly flat under weight in the mid section creating a lot of back pain for both my wife and I. We put in for a warranty claim and were turned down because we didn't have their base under it. The mattress was great while it lasted (a year before I started having issues and 2 and a half years for my wife), however, for the increased price of the mattress plus the support system required for it to not fall apart is too high in comparison to cheaper mattresses that are just as comfortable and last longer without the additional cost of a high tech support system.

I usually spin like a rotisserie chicken and leap frog between strange dreams. Instead, waking up in the morning and not feeling tired and sore is a nice change of pace. Think I'll keep it!
