Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quality New replacement mattress was delivered today and when delivery man took plastic off and placed on adjustable base we both noticed a very distinct bulge all the way around the mattress. This is the same reason why the warranty replacement was done. What is the reason for this??? I would like to be contacted. I'm not a happy customer at this point!

The people at Mattress Firm were great in helping and working with me (especially Jason and Julius). I returned two mattresses before finally deciding finally on a Tempuredic. The medium hybrid has been overall very good. I would have liked it a bit more firm, but it was the best fit I could find. I can say I would recommend the mattress I purchased.

I went back into the store and talked to Greg, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will give it another couple of weeks and if it's still too hard, I will return it and get a soft mattress.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Best nights sleep I've had in a year Were finally getting a good nights sleep we took our 1 year old adapt mattress off the frame and brought a hybrid mattress on line for a quarter of the price with a better warranty now we are sleeping thru the night with no pain best decision ever was getting rid of the Tempur-pedic mattress don't waste your money on a name brand mattress poor quality bad service and a company that doesn't stand behind there product

This was a replacement for the original Cloud TP that we had purchased in 2013, and we were talked into the Hybrid by our local salesman. Nope, never again. Within a year, there was a solid 8 inch crack leading all the way down to the coils, leading to many uncomfortable nights of sleep and lots of back pain. Stick with the regular memory foam.

For the first few weeks the firmness was great and it relieved pressure on my spine wonderfully. Then it started to soften more and more to the point where 2 months after buying, I sink all the way down to the springs like I'm on a cheap 20 year old spring mattress. Absolutely horrible. Do not buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from By Far the Best Out There We have a ten year old Tempurpedic Cloud that has withstood many guests and three moves. We knew when our own mattress needed replacing, we were looking no father than another Tempurpedic for ourselves. We were getting out of bed with sore joints, and felt a loss of sleep after tossing and turning. We chose the Adapt medium. While my husband likes it more on the firm site, and I like more on the soft side, this was the perfect goldie locks fit. We just love how this molds to us and yet feels cool to the touch. Our sleep is now restful and very comfortable. We traveled for the holidays and found that 'luxury' hotel mattress uncomfortable. When we got home, our Adapt felt like heaven. Don't fall for the other companies who claim they have some secret mattress. Tempurpedic is the original and the master of cradling you. Excellent value and longevity. We also got a couple of cloud pillows... absolute perfection.

Im a big guy and has good bounce from the spring feel sturdy to hold up thru the years.time will tell. I dont overheat so thats a huge plus. so far only downside is the unkown and i would have liked more foam softness on the top of the mattress to get a lil more sink in feel.

I remember waking up and checking my fitness tracker and seeing a "Good" sleep score in the 80's and thinking "I don't really feel all that rested. AND my back hurts." This mattress has changed the way we rest and sleep. I have no pains when I wake up and I'm waking up less than I ever have. The only regret I have is not getting this sooner. My wife was right, per usual.

I would have exchanged it but had a fractured foot and couldn't get in to mattress firm before the 120 days were up. I would never buy this mattress again. Overpriced for how uncomfortable it is.

Now currently on year 5 and my husband and I both prefer to sleep on the couch. The mattress has become so uncomfortable, my husband will wake up with tingling arms and stiff neck. I wake up with shooting lower back pain. So disappointing after spending so much on this mattress that we truly only got 2 good years before it went down hill. For reference my husband and I are only in our early 30's and otherwise healthy adults, just made the worse decision to buy this expensive mattress.

Inused it for almost 20 years! I spent many weeks trying to figure out which of the new matresses was closest to the feel of my previous one. In the store i was leaning to adapt pro firm, which was $1000 more. Discussed w online costumer support for tempurpedic, who suggested this one. And they were right. Firm, but it feels it hugs you and supports you through the night for an amazing night of sleep! I couldn't be happier!

I was having severe shoulder pain and mobility issues due to a poor mattress.
