Rated 3 out of 5 by from so far so good the adapt medium has really helped my back ache from any mattress i have had, i enjoy going to bed now instead of dreading it . im not sure yet about the firmness, i have had firm mattresses before this is suppose to be medium and still to me is firm. im hoping it just has to be slept in awhile. i might have to exchange for a softer one but will definatel be tempur the quality is just unbelievable and the company is just so awesome with there customer service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible craftsmanship only last about 2 year It's was all good at the beginning as the years went on it just start losing all it firmness it had and just sinks in so much i can not even use a pillow cause my neck will be mess up the next day .....I would not recommend this bed inless you like replacing your mattress every 2 years anything but this foam mattress are better and those are fact ...stay away

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Comfortable I've never paid close to this much for a mattress before, but upon reflecting that we spend a third of our life sleeping I decided to splurge (I bought the Adapt Medium Hybrid). The very first night I slept on it I thought it was a bit too firm for me, but now after a month it feels perfect. This mattress just feels so luxurious and comfortable that I now look forward to going to bed! I was advised to buy a mattress protector and would highly recommend one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Should Have Bought Years Ago!! I'd always assumed that I would hate a Tepur-pedic mattress as I'm not a big fan of memory foam type of pillows/mattresses. But I absolutely LOVE this mattress!! And the pillow that came with it at the time of purchase. I really feel like my body is supported in a custom way. I'm a side sleeper, and this mattress feels like it is cradling my hip and shoulder. There was a big of a smell for the first week or so but very mild. The only negative thing I have to mention is that a salesperson sold us a different brand mattress protector (not Tempur-pedic) that was pretty awful. It made the bed feel too warm. I then purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress protector and that took care of the temperature issue. Seriously, I wish I had bought this mattress years ago. Am sleeping better and waking up less stiff. Totally worth the money!!

Hips and shoulders are less tight, but still feeling some of that after sleeping on my side. I was told it would take a bit of time to soften up a bit, so here's hoping.

It fits the old frame and we find it very comfortable and we are especially happy with the additional support on the sides of the mattress.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My husband loves, I do not My husband loves this bed and is getting better sleep than ever before. He did not sleep well before and he says this bed has prevented him from tossing and turning as much. He prefers a more firm bed and I prefer the more plush beds. I realize this bed is supposed to be on the firmer side, but I'm having a hard time adjusting to just how firm it is-especially when I flip on my side. I toss and turn more than I expected to and when I do, it takes the bed some time to adjust to my new sleep position. I have also been getting very hot every night and have had a hard time regulating my temperature in this bed. Between my husband and I, the bed becomes a heater and we have to turn the air conditioner down to 67° or lower for a semi-comfortable sleeping temperature. I will disclose that I'm 12 weeks pregnant and that may have something to do with my experience.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what I had hoped for This mattress is not for me. I thought it would be good when I laid on it at the store; but when I slept on it at home it drove me crazy! I like to sleep more towards the edge of the bed but I felt like I was falling off the bed. It felt like I was tipping over. Also the mattress doesn't recover as quickly as spring mattresses do so I felt the indentation when I rolled over. Lastly, I couldn't get warm on the mattress as it was too cold. If I slept with a shirt it would probably be fine but I don't so I'm cold. This mattress might be good for someone who sleeps differently than I do but it's not for me!

Comfort is somewhat lacking We have an older double Tempur-Pedic our guest bedroom, which we liked, so we decided to purchase a queen Tempur-Pedic for our bedroom. We have had the mattress for about three weeks and it's okay. The mattress is not as comfortable as we thought it would be. It is somewhat disappointing in a word. We also purchased pillows (BOGO), they are too hard, in fact, my wife after the first night after getting and using the pillows went back to her old pillow.
