Rated 1 out of 5 by from Haven't had a good nights sleep since we bought this mattres We purchased the adapt mattress with an ease zero gravity frame and it's been less than a year. We called the retailer for a warranty claim and got the run around through them after a couple months we were told we needed to call the manufacture After more run around I was told it would not be covered buy warranty because to Tempur-Pedic it sounded like a comfortably issue. Pryor to getting this bed neither my wife or me we're having back pain now we get at max 2 hrs of sleep a night with out have to adjust to another position most of the time she goes out on the couch. I have recently had to start going to the a chiropractor to help with the pain. Very poor customer service and poor quality product No stars and will never recommend to anyone. I know I'm wasting my time with this review I'm sure it will never be seen by the public.

Because I have lower back issues and am a side sleeper with arthritis in my shoulders, hips, I ordered the medium. After sleeping on the mattress for a few months, the mattress is still too hard for me. I do not get pressure point relief.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Sleep Ever We purchased the king split hybrid adjustable base and now we can finally sleep through the night and wake with NO pressure point pain lower back pain or feeling stiff and tight. We can swing our legs out of bed feeling refresh and not sore all over. The mattress is extremely comfortable. I recommend to anyone who's considering purchasing a new mattress. It has definitely improved our quality of sleep.

Talked to several dealers before our purchase and for side sleepers was told which would be the best choice.

I have been using the mattress for about a month now and the mattress does not at all feel like the mattress that I tried in store; the mattress has actually caused more pain in my neck and lower back. A very disappointing purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Took a couple of days But once I adjusted to this mattress, it has been smooth sailing ever since. No more tossing and turning, no more waking up in the middle of the night! I wake up rested and refreshed, and no aching back. The mattress conforms to my body and supports every inch. After five long years of sleeping on a miserable Serta Willowbrook that broke down just after the grace period expired, I'm finally getting the good nights sleep I needed. Thank you Tempur-Pedic for making this possible!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from BED IS SAGGING IN LESS THAN 3 MONTHS Both sides of the bed are sagging and a visible indention only after three months of use. Paying for an expensive bed and getting frustrations about it's quality, is not a good purchase and experience at all.

I'm hoping he will adjust to the feel of it and sleep well after a few more nights. If not, I hope I can return it during the 90 day trial period.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife has the exact mattress that I ordered and told me I wouldn't regret it if I bought it so even though I was a little skeptical I pulled the trigger. I had a memory foam mattress that was 9 years old so it was time for a new one. I loved it the very first night I slept on it and was cool and comfortable the whole night. Also I got it for three years no interest so it was a win win situation. Thank you Tempurpedic!

I think everyone expects Tempur-pedic to be a great experience and the quality to be superior to other brands, and we willingly pay a slightly higher price for that. But what we get from that exchange is an amazing night's sleep every night. There is no price one can put on that. No more aches and pains in my back, no more neck problems, and I actually sleep through the night now, having never moved or turned from where I fell asleep. I used the mattresses that come in a box for 20 years straight. And I only had two of them, one of which I still have in a guest bedroom. They don't break down, and I slept relatively well on them, but as you get older, you simply need better. Nothing even comes close to the kind of sleep I get on my Tempur-pedic, hybrid, medium mattress. I think after 20 years of minor league mattresses, I not only deserve but can seriously appreciate a purchase like this. I should've bought one 10 years ago, LOL! If you are considering purchasing a memory foam or hybrid mattress, there are many brands to choose from. But Tempur-pedic started it all, and their warranty is far above and beyond what most any mattress company offers. if the bed sinks, just 3/4 of an inch, they send a new mattress, at a y point throughout the 10 years of warranty. I highly doubt it will sink at all, but if it does, I'm covered. The cool top layer is amazing! I never get hot like previous mattresses, and that alone is worth it. Easily rated 11 out of 10 stars for this customer!! I hope you find one that fits your needs. Because when you do, you'll know it almost immediately. And you'll never look back, except to buy another one in 10 to 20 years that suits your changing needs for good, restful sleep. Many, many wonderful nights and naps ahead!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mattress is comfortable, but no sheets fit it!! I have tried different size sheets, including sheets purchased from Tempurpedic, but none fit well. Sheets "bunch up" wherever I lay, and I prefer a nice tight smooth sheet. Have not been able to find any that accomplish this, no matter the depth size. A topper might help, but when you pay 3k for a mattress, why would you need to add a $300 topper that cannot be returned if it doesn't solve the problem?

The memory foam provides great lumbar support and I don't wake up hurting anymore. It took me about a week to adjust to the new mattress; I would have some good and bad sleep nights. My husband struggled to sleep the first month but now is used to the mattress and sleeps well.

I had been sleeping on the original Tempur-Pedic set from over 10 years ago. I must say the quality has definitely come up! I have been getting the best rest ever. I love the thickness and layers of comfort. I am a hot sleeper so I can't hold it against the mattress, but it does sleep cooler than my last set. My only complaint would be that it is hard to change my sheets now that I have to mess with a heavier mattress, but I will survive.

We still have it in our guest room. Still comfortable as ever. We made the mistake of purchasing a new bed from a competitor. Less than 4 years, hate the mattresses. Went back to Tempurpedic. Like being hugged by an old friend. Will never buy another brand again. Sleeping like a baby again.

Upstairs has it's own AC system, so we slept in the guest room. What a delight! I would recommend this mattress to anyone over the spring mattresses of the old days,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfort! My 5 Star Bed I love my Tempur-Pedic bed and the queen pillows that are what the doctor would order for someone with sleep apnea and neck problems. My new bed is a little firmer than my first Tempur-Pedic mattress and I love how it holds me on the bed, not in it. I have tooted about my bed and three of my family members have switched from another name-brand mattress to Tempur-Pedics with an adjustable bed. I few nights in my bed was better than the ads the company placed. The firm Pillows are so supportive. My head is not out of line with my spine. I find I am sleeping all night on my back because I fall asleep within a few minutes with the massager in my Tempur adjustable base. It is very good that my adjustable bed frame worked just fine with my new mattress. It is an Adapt Medium Firm. The one thing I still must do is find a step or block to step on when I am getting into bed. The new Adapt mattress seems to be close to 2 inches thicker than my old one. I am a short woman and in the 7th decade of life, there are just some things that I don't do easily. I've been through catalogs and have not found anything. Next, stop at the hardware store for a block made from short pieces of two-by-four. Then I will soften it with foam and some durable fabric. Tempur-Pedic developers here is an idea for an accessory that would benefit a lot of people who are not tall enough to simply back up to the bed and sit or roll in and people with some impairments that make getting in and out of bed difficult or impossible without a helper. I sleep in a 5-star bed.
