Rated 5 out of 5 by from We have had our mattress for 4 weeks. It was rough at first. Mattress was very firm and had to be "broken in" It took 3 weeks but now I'm getting the best sleep! For my husband it only took a few days. I am a side sleeper but this bed feels so good I notice I stay on my back longer than usual. My husband said his back is no longer hurting and he feels refreshed when he wake up. I notice I can get right up and don't feel tired in the morning. This mattress conforms to you but you don't sink in so low that you can't change positions. Edge support is awesome! We got the Ease adjustable base and we will never lay flat again lol We didn't realize what we were missing having an old broke down mattress! So far so good!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's very comfortable, but too warm The bed is very comfortable. Perhaps the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. However, my wife and I are constantly waking up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat. We have the thermostat set on 65 degrees.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hesitant to purchase but so glad I did! Okay, this is a review of the mattress itself not the delivery service they use, because in my case that.was.a.mess. I'm a side sleeper, he's a stomach sleeper (how do you all do that?!). Our last mattress was a choose your number brand (can't list name here). We liked that one as we could each adjust our side, however the foam on the edges wore from use and began to sag. After a couple years he just couldn't get comfortable. So I did some research and we decided to try this one. It took about a week to get used to as it does feel different. Now we have had it for 2 months and we are both sleeping comfortably. I ordered online after testing out in a local store. Next time I would probably order from my local store so they could deal with any shipping issues.

This mattress never sags or wears out and kind of cradles your bones and joints. This is a plus since I've had cancer and chemo and I'm 75.

In the store it was a dream (I actually went back twice a month apart to make sure before buying it). At first I thought the bed just needed to be broken into but I haven't really enjoyed how hard the mattress is

I know it could be a little intimidating to spend so much on a mattress, but I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

To be excited to go to bed at night & wake up in the morning where you just don't want to get out of bed. Right now my husband is there!! He gave it a 5 star rating. He is sleeping better at night with less turning & not having to find that right spot to get to sleep. Overall he is well rested in the morning & ready for his day. Myself I am at a 4...& I want to be honest, it's only been a little over 30 days. I am still hoping for a little more of the softness.But overall I am sleeping better with less body aches due from having arthritis in my knees. This was a big investment for us & overall we're are very satisfy Don't forget to buy the pillows, I do love my new pillow!! ❤❤❤

After much research, and trying it out in the store, I decided on Adapt Medium Hybrid. My back pain got worse. When I wake up, I am so uncomfortable that I have to do a series of stretches to unkink my body. I am returning it. Unfortunately, the base is non-refundable. I'm just hoping the next mattress is better.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Still adjusting so the reason we got this mattress is because my husband and I struggle to find comfort with one mattress. I have been experiencing some pains in my lower back but I am hoping it is due to a new bed. My husband wakes up in the am, after tossing and turning most of the night. His theory is it is too soft and his arms are put to sleep. He is also complaining of knee and elbow pain which he didn't have prior. I really don't know what to do. We did lay on the mattress in a store for quite some time and felt comfortable but I guess it is different once you are fully sleeping on it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not quite right for me I had an older Tempurpedic but sold it when I moved from the Caribbean. It was perfect. I thought the Adapt medium would be right, but it's not. It's just a bit firm and I'm waking several times during the night and in the morning with a backache. Thanks to the 90 night trial, I will be exchanging it for an Adapt medium hybrid. It was more comfortable in the store but was not available when I bought the mattress. I'm hoping this will the one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had back issues for most of my life (including back surgery) and having a mattress that was supportive but still had some give in the right places has always been critical for me. This mattress does all of that! It's the perfect level of firmness and give and feels incredibly well made. It's my second tempur-pedic mattress and I continue to be incredibly happy with their products.

I had slept on one while a guest at a relative's house, and I have never had such an amazing and restful night of sleep. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Unfortunately, it was explained to me that the tempur "adapt" mattress is the "original" tempur pedic mattress. So that was what was ordered for my house. I have had it for over a week, and I keep waking up in pain every morning. I am very disappointed, as it is not at all reminiscent of a traditional tempur pedic product, in my opinion. I am waiting on a team member to get back to me, so I can get a proper replacement. Fingers crossed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Therapeutic I've suffered with osteoarthritis in my back for 10 years. Therapy, medication and exercise did little to alleviate the pain. Then I discovered Tempurpedic mattress. I highly recommend this mattress for those who suffer from lower back pain. Its well worth the price to be able to rise each morning pain-free. This mattress plus daily exercise prevents me from requiring back surgery.

It felt a bit firmer when I first got it but after maybe 3 weeks it softened up to how the store model felt. I'm a side and back sleeper and this mattress is the most pressure relieving mattress I've ever had. No more low back, hip, or shoulder pains! I can sleep through the whole night without waking up!
